ARRESTS: Tilton Man Charged with Stealing Radiator

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Timothy M. Morgan, 22, of Concord, was arrested at 5:51 a.m. on Nov. 29, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, suspended registration (operating-misd), and drivers license prohibitions. An officer heading south on Village Street near Sanders Street observed a 2002 Chevrolet pickup truck driving at a high rate of speed. While following the truck, the officer stated that it crossed over double yellow lines and failed to use a turn signal while turning onto Washington Street. The truck was pulled over near the Washington Street School. While checking the driver, Morgan, the officer learned that his license had been suspended and he was convicted on April 15, for operating after suspension or revocation in Concord District Court. Morgan was arrested and is due in court on Dec. 30. He was also summoned for highway markings.

Kailin Marie Lacroix, 21, of Allenstown, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. on Nov. 29, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, suspended registration (operating-misd), and drivers license prohibitions. An officer observed a Honda Accord at the intersection of Pleasant Street Extension and North Main Street take a right turn on a red light when one is not allowed. The car was pulled over on Depot Street. Lacroix reportedly told the officer she thought the no red turn sign was for the other road. When checking her license, it came back suspended. Lacroix was arrested and released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail. She’s due in court on Jan. 6, 2014.

Charles Llewellyn Foote, 47, of Tilton, was arrested at 8:50 p.m. on Nov. 29, on a receiving stolen property charge from Sept. 9. The charge reportedly involved a large steam radiator on Shawmut Street. An officer was sent to Weare to meet with the New Boston Police to pick up Foote, who was arrested on a Concord warrant and transported to the city. He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Jan. 6, 2014.

Matthew Robert Warriner, 23, of Concord, was arrested at 1:56 p.m. on Nov. 30, on a bench warrant for nonpayment of fines from a DWI charge in Concord District Court. Warriner turned himself in to police and is due back in court on Dec. 30.

Timothy Thomas Hall, 24, of Concord, was arrested at 3:35 p.m. on Nov. 30, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident on Aug. 2, at the McDonald’s Restaurant on South Main Street. Hall was arrested on Warren Street. He’s due in court on Jan. 6, 2014.

Ryan Steven Ehrgott, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. on Nov. 30, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. The charges stems from an alleged incident on Sept. 4, at Above All Collision on Industrial Park Drive. He was arrested on Thorndike Street and is due in court on Jan. 6, 2014.

Brian Scott Omara, 40, of Concord, was arrested at 5:34 p.m. on Nov. 30, and charged with felony tampering with witnesses and informants (intimidate), conspiracy to commit, and criminal mischief (vandalism). The allegations stem from alleged incidents on Aug. 16, and Aug. 18, on South Street. Police allege that Omara destroyed or damaged a tire and that the incident might be gang related. Personal recognizance bail was set at $20,000. Omara is due in court on Jan. 6, 2014.

Joshua M. Davis, 32, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 5:56 p.m. on Nov. 30, on a warrant. An officer was called to Storrs Street behind the Holiday Inn for a man with an active warrant out of Merrimack County for failure to appear on Nov. 18. The officer found Davis and confirmed the warrant. He was processed and held without bail. Davis was arraigned on Dec. 2.

Craig Laber, 51, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Nov. 30, and charged with consumption of liquor on private property. An officer was called to the rear parking lot of the Holiday Inn on North Main Street to assist a sergeant with an intoxicated individual. The man, Laber, was sitting on the ground allegedly next to an open 25-ounce can of Natty Daddy. Laber was allegedly slurring his speech and admitted to drinking vodka and beer most of the day but didn’t know how much. He was placed into protective custody and charged. Laber is due in court on Dec. 30.

James Christopher Hunter, 31, of Concord, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. on Nov. 30, on a bail jumping charge. Hunter was arrested at an apartment on Old Suncook Road. He’s due in court on Jan. 6, 2014.

Naresh Rai, 40, of Concord, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 30, on a conduct after an accident charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident on Nov. 3, on Jennings Drive. Police picked up Rai at his home. He was later released and is due in court on Jan. 6, 2014.

Victoria Bradford Marden, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 10:55 p.m. on Nov. 30, and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated, conduct after an accident, and aggravated driving while intoxicated. An officer was called to the parking lot at Walmart on Loudon Road for a 1999 Subaru that hit a guardrail. The driver might be impaired, dispatch warned, while witnesses alleged that the car left the scene and was driving without its lights on and “swerving and driving erratically” on Loudon Road. The officer caught up with the vehicle on Loudon Road near Hazen Drive and reported that the horn was on “in an continuous wail.” The officer noted that there was a crack on the windshield and the rear view mirror was gone. The officer spoke with Marden and she allegedly looked at him “with a glazed look” and reportedly smelled like alcohol. Marden agreed to field sobriety tests and was arrested. She was arraigned on Dec. 18.
