ARREST LOG: Man Arrested for Drug Possession

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Donald Rivet, 21, of Concord, was arrested at 9 p.m. on Feb. 6, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. He was arrested about an hour after an alleged incident at Margaritas in Bicentennial Square. The alleged victim in the case was a man who was reportedly a stranger to Rivet. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in Sixth District Court on March 12.
  • Jonathon Howard Engelhardt, 36, of Allenstown, was arrested on Feb. 14, and charged with Disobeying An Officer and Driving After Revocation Or Suspension. He was arrested at 12:29 a.m. at the intersection of Loudon Road and D’Amante Drive. Engelhardt was released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in Sixth District Court on March 19.
  • Kevin H. Halen, 22, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 14, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. He was arrested at 11:17 a.m. at the Open Hands Resource Center on North Main Street. The alleged victim in the case was his girlfriend. Halen was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and has a court date on March 19, at the Sixth District Court.
  • Christopher Michael Leger, 40, of Franklin, was summonsed by the Concord Police Department on Feb. 15, for Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. The alleged incident took place on Feb. 14, on South State Street. Leger is due in Sixth District Court on March 19.
  • April M. Ingram, 37, of South Sutton, was summonsed on Feb. 16, on a Negligent Driving charge. She was summonsed at 9:18 a.m. at the intersection of South Main and Perley streets. Ingram is due in Sixth District Court on March 26.
  • Michael A. Janis, 47, of Loudon, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. on Feb. 16, on a Receiving Stolen Property charge, a felony. Police allege that Janis stole vehicle bumperettes valued at $7,500 from Schnitzer Northeast on Sandquist Street on Dec. 8, 2011. The items were recovered, according to an arrest report. The alleged victim in the case is a Bow police officer. Janis was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in Sixth District Court on March 19.
  • Nathaniel Doyle, 20, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 16, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at noon at the Concord Public Library. He was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and had a court date on Feb. 17.
  • Nicholas Richard Nault, 22, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 16, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 1:35 p.m. in Bicentennial Square. Nault was released on $2,500 cash bail and had a court date on Feb. 17.
  • Marc E. Cusano, 26, of Concord, was arrested at 4:48 p.m. on Feb. 16, on a Criminal Mischief (Vandalism) charge. The charge is connected to an alleged incident that happened about two hours before on Old Suncook Road. The alleged victim in the case was his girlfriend. Cusano was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in Sixth District Court on March 19.
  • James Christopher Hunter, 30, of Concord, was arrested at 11 p.m. on Feb. 16, and charged with two counts of Simple Assault (Personal Weapons and Other) and a Criminal Mischief (Vandalism) charges. The charges relate to an alleged previous incident about two hours before on West Street. Hunter was release on $6,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in Sixth District Court on March 19.
  • Aaron Tyler Butler, 22, of Goshen, was arrested at 9:05 p.m. on Feb. 16, and charged with Possession Of Controlled Drugs and False Report To Law Enforcement. The charges relate to an alleged incident on July 16, 2011, on Loudon Road. The police allege that Butler was in possession of marijuana at the time. Butler refused bail and had a court date on Feb. 16.
