ARRESTS: Pittsfield Men Face Conduct After Accident Charges

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • James Zinis, 33, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 23, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 5:53 a.m. on Mountain Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. Zinis is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 26.
  • William F. Nickerson, 65, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 10:15 a.m. on Oct. 23, on a conduct after an accident charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 11:55 a.m. on Oct. 11, at Walmart on Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Nickerson has a court date on Nov. 26.
  • Jyanna Brideau, 18, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 23, on two counts of simple assault (personal weapons). The Concord High School student was arrested at 6:48 p.m. on Matthew Street. The alleged victims in the case were her mother and stepfather, both Concord residents. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Bideau is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 26.
  • Peter Vincent Thompson, 37, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on Oct. 23, and charged with two counts of criminal mischief (vandalism), and possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested at 10 p.m. on Branch Turnpike. Police allege that Thompson destroyed or damaged a window and window guard. At the time of his arrest, Thompson allegedly was in possession of marijuana in a pipe. A knife and lighter were held for safe keeping, according to an arrest report. Thompson refused bail and had a court date on Oct. 24.
  • Christopher J. Bauman, 22, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 24, on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested at 8:10 a.m. on Lawrence Street. Cash bail was set at $2,000. Bauman has a court date on Nov. 26.
  • Paul R. Drouin, 53, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 10:11 a.m. on Oct. 24, on a conduct after an accident charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at Oct. 17, on Hoit Road, where Droin allegedly struck a mailbox with his vehicle. Damage was assessed at $60. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord man. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Drouin is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 26.
  • Eric V. Rundquist, 29, of Manchester, was received a summons at 11 a.m. on Oct. 24, on a negligent driving charge, about an hour after an alleged incident on Pleasant Street. Rundquist allegedly damaged the awning at Pleasant View Retirement Center.
  • Brown Y. Massaquoi, 48, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 24, and charged with two counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated and conduct after an accident. He was arrested at 5:58 p.m. at the intersection of Bradley and Church streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Massaquoi is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 26.
  • Jeewan Dhital, 18, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 24, on bench warrant out of the Sixth Circuit Court for possession. He was arrested at 6:27 p.m. on Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $750. Dhital had a court date on Oct. 25.
  • James Christopher Hunter, 30, of Concord, was arrested at 2:28 p.m. on Oct. 10, on a criminal liability for another charge, a felony. He was arrested about an hour after an alleged incident at the Residence Inn on Hall Street. The alleged victim in the case was a Manchester man and a Concord woman. The relationship between the three was unknown at the time of the arrest, according to an arrest report. Personal recognizance bail was set at $10,000. Hunter is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.
  • Caitlyn W. Labrie, 17, of Concord was arrested at 12:10 p.m. on Oct. 12, on two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Sept. 14. The alleged victim in the case was a Manchester woman who was a stranger to Labrie. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Labrie is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.
  • Patrick Christian Zurline, 20, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 20, He was arrested at 5:01 a.m. about an hour after an alleged incident on Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. Zurline is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.
