ARRESTS: Detroit Woman Faces Peddling Without a License Charge

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Keirsten A. Gadwah, 17, of Concord, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on Aug. 1, and charged with simple assault (other) and false report to law enforcement. The charges refer to an alleged incident on July 21, at the on Loudon Road. The alleged victim in the case was a Boscawen man. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Gadwah is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
  • Victoria Bradford Marden, 41, of Concord, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. on Aug. 1, on a theft by unauthorized taking and transfer charge. Police allege that Marden stole a half gallon bottle of Zhenka Vodka, valued at $9.99, from the on Storrs Street on April 7. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Marden is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
  • Andrew Scott Campbell, 48, of Concord, was arrested at 7:15 a.m. on Aug. 2, on a bench warrant. The charge was related to an alleged incident at the Furniture Liquidators location on Loudon Road on July 25. Campbell’s bail was set at $277.50 and he had a court date later in the day.
  • Sean C. Davis, 34, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 3, and charged with second-degree assault, a felony, simple assault (personal weapons), and possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested at 1:28 a.m. on Union Street. The alleged victim in the case was his girlfriend, a Concord woman. Police allege that Davis was in possession of marijuana at the time of his arrest. Davis was held on $10,000 cash bail and was arraigned on Aug. 3.
  • Krista M. Raxter, 26, of Concord, was issued a summons at 3:57 p.m. on Aug. 3, for theft at on Fort Eddy Road. Police allege that Raxter stole $221 worth of groceries that were later recovered. She is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
  • John W. Charnley, 22, of Concord, was issued a summons at 5:17 p.m. on Aug. 3, for reckless operation on West Parish Road. He is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
  • Beth A. Ellsworth, 52, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 3, and charged with unsanitary disposal methods and a bench warrant. She was arrested at 6:15 p.m. at on North Main Street. Ellsworth refused bail and had a court date on Aug. 6.
  • Micah Nathan Sullivan, 36, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 3, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 7:10 p.m. at Kimball Park on North State Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000 and he had a court date on Aug. 6.
  • Benjamin D. Talford, 31, of Pembroke, was issued a summons at 8:45 p.m. on Aug. 3, on a possession of controlled drugs charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident outside the on D’Amante Drive. Police allege that Talford was in possession of marijuana. He is due in court to answer to the charge on Aug. 17.
  • Steve H. LeBlanc, 24, of Pittsfield, was arrested on Aug. 3, on a default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at 10:24 p.m. at the on Loudon Road. Cash bail was set at $10,000 and LeBlanc had court date on Aug. 6.
  • Jesse John DeFlorio, 20, of Boscawen, was arrested on Aug. 4, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested at 7:20 a.m. on Bog Road. DeFlorio was reportedly driving a 1999 Hyundai Accent at the time of his arrest. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Marden is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
  • Janelle Jackson, 27, of Detroit, Mich., was arrested on Aug. 4, on a peddle goods without a license charge. She was arrested at 12:11 p.m. on Thomas Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000 and she had a court date on Aug. 7.
