ARREST LOG: Concord Residents Snagged For Alleged Store Thefts

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Beth Ellsworth, 51, Concord, was arrested on Jan. 14, on a Bench Warrant. She was arrested at 3:04 a.m. at on Pleasant Street. She was wanted by the Concord District Court for non-appearance, according to an arrest report. Ellsworth had a court date on Jan. 16.
  • , 20, of Concord, was arrested at 8:35 p.m. on Jan. 14, on a Bench Warrant. According to an arrest report, he was wanted by the Concord District Court on an electronic bench warrant for non-payment of attorney's fees with an original charge Theft By Unauthorized Taking, from an incident on Dec. 21, 2011, on South Street. Guay had a court date on Jan. 17.
  • Taylor Sanborn Bonner, 20, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 14, and charged with Suspended Registration (Operating-MISD) and Driving After Revocation Or Suspension. He was arrested at 8:35 p.m. on North State Street. Sanborn Bonner has a court date on Feb. 13.
  • Laurie Ann Clark, 51, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 15, and charged with two counts of Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). She was arrested at 4:27 a.m. on North Emperor Drive. The alleged victim in the case was a teenage girl. Clark refused bail and had a court date on Jan. 17.
  • Kara D. Nolting, 28, of Concord, was arrested at 2:54 p.m. on Jan. 15, and charged with Conduct After An Accident and an Unlawful Or Unsafe Backing Of A Vehicle violation. The charges stem from a reported incident on Jan. 7, on Bridge Street. The alleged victim in the incident was a female stranger. Nolting has a court date on Feb. 13.
  • , 21, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 16, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 1:20 a.m. on Rumford Street. had a court date on Jan. 17.
  • Victoria Bradford Marden, 40, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 16, and charged with Willful Concealment and Endangering Welfare Of Child/Incompetent. She was arrested 3:43 p.m. at the on Storrs Street, the business that was allegedly the victim in the case. Marden had a court date on Jan. 16.
  • Thomas Bruce Heckel, 48, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 16, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 6:18 p.m. at the on Storrs Streets. According to an arrest report, he was wanted by the Concord District Court on an electronic bench warrant on an original charge transportation of alcoholic beverages. Heckel refused bail and had a court date on Jan. 17.
  • Judith Sullivan, 47, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 16, on a Bench Warrant. She was arrested at 9:38 p.m. at the intersection of Storrs and Theatre streets. According to an arrest report, she was wanted by the Concord District Court for “non-payment of fines” from a disorderly charge. Sullivan had a court date on Jan. 18.
  • Tammy Robinson, 43, of Concord, was arrested at 11 p.m. on Jan. 16, and charged with Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer. Police allege that the incident took place on Jan. 1, at the Tedeschi Store on South Main Street. Robinson allegedly stole a 24-ounce can of Raspberry Twisted Tea valued at $2.99. She is due back in court on Feb. 13.
