ARRESTS: Loudon Woman Busted For DWI After Crash

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Walter Irving Healey, 59, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 4:02 a.m. on Nov. 30, and charged with criminal mischief (vandalism) and two counts of resisting arrest or detention. Officers were called to police headquarters for a report that Healey allegedly ripped the comments/suggestion box at the station off the wall and thrown it to the floor. Dispatch advised that he was “swearing and yelling as well as banging on the reception window," according to the report. Before arriving, Healey allegedly fled on foot. While checking the area, an officer found him near Capitol and North State streets. When the officer requested Healey to stop, he allegedly refused, and ran northbound along North State. The officer caught up with him and took him into custody. While walking to the cruiser, Healey “began thrashing about trying to free himself from our grasp,” the reporting officer alleged. Healey was arraigned the next day.

Dara Baker, 38, of Concord, was arrested at 4:03 a.m. on Dec. 1, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. An officer was called to a domestic disturbance on Depot Street near Cheers where a man alleged his girlfriend had punched him and bit him. The man reportedly told the officer that the couple went to Tandy’s Top Shelf for drinks but were asked to leave because Baker was allegedly “too intoxicated to stand up.” The two returned to her apartment on Storrs Street and went to bed. Later, Baker reportedly woke the man up, looking for her keys, so she could go back to the Legislative Parking Garage and get her car. The man said he hid the keys so she wouldn’t drive. Baker allegedly became angry and began hitting and scratching him, and later, bit him under his left bicep. Baker reportedly found her keys and he got dressed in order to follow her out to try and get her not to drive. Outside, Baker allegedly punched him in the eye, and that’s when he called police. The officer noted the injuries from the alleged assault. When talking to Baker, she explained a similar situation although reportedly stated that a man at Tandy’s made a comment to her that caused an argument and that was why they left. Baker alleged that the man pinned her to her bed and hit himself in the chest. Any marks he had were self-defense, she reportedly told the officer. She alleged that he choked her. When asked about the bite marks, she was “unsure” of how those occurred. The officer wrote that he didn’t notice any injuries on Baker that were consistent with what she was saying and she was arrested. Baker is due in court on Jan. 6, 2014.

Steven D. Wright, 46, of Manchester, was arrested at 3:02 p.m. on Dec. 1, and charged with theft by deception and issuing bad checks, both felonies. An officer was called to Hooksett where Wright was arrested on the Concord warrant after a motor vehicle stop. He was transported back to Concord and processed. He’s due in court on Jan. 6, 2014.

Melissa Lucy, 34, of Concord, was arrested at 2:32 p.m. on Dec. 1, on a simple assault charge from Nov. 30, that allegedly occurred on Lilac Street. Lucy turned herself in to police headquarters. She’s due in court on Jan. 6, 2014.

Christopher Horrocks, 39, of Concord, was arrested at 4:46 p.m. on Dec. 1, on a public disposal of human waste violation from Oct. 5, that allegedly occurred at the intersection of Thompson and South Main streets. As evidence, police gathered a number of witness statements and took pictures of the urine on the sidewalk, according to the report. Horrocks turned himself in on the warrant and is due in court on Jan. 6, 2014.

Gary W. Teixeira, 39, of Concord, was arrested at 6:01 p.m. on Dec. 1, on a warrant. Officers were sent to a North State Street apartment to arrest Teixeira on a Merrimack County Sheriff’s Department warrant for nonpayment of child support from July 25. He was taken into custody and transferred to the sheriff’s department.

Cindy Jean Buckley, 52, of Loudon, was arrested at 8:22 p.m. on Dec. 1, on two counts of driving while intoxicated. Officers were called to Hoit Road for an accident where a 2008 Toyota Tacoma slid on the ice and crashed into a stone wall. Officers spoke with Buckley who allegedly smelled like alcohol and reportedly admitted to have two beers an hour before. Buckley agreed to perform field sobriety tests and was arrested. She was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and had a court date on Dec. 16.

Brentt Trudeau, 21, of Manchester, was arrested at 2:34 a.m. on Dec. 2, on two charges of criminal mischief (vandalism) from Aug. 12, on Roy Street involving a front door frame and a hole in the wall. An officer was sent to Nashua to pick up Trudeau on a warrant. Trudeau was stopped by Nashua Police after leaving a movie theatre. He was booked and processed and is due in court on Jan. 6, 2014.

Dylan Patrick Walsh, 27, of Concord, was arrested on 1:11 p.m. on Dec. 2, on an attempt to commit from an alleged incident on Oct. 18, at the Sears on Loudon Road involving a stolen mattress cover and comforter. An officer was sent to the Litchfield Police Department to pick up Walsh from a warrant issued on Nov. 21. According to the report, Walsh reportedly told the officer he had been meaning to “come clean” about the incident, where he allegedly returned the items for a gift card. He’s due in court on Jan. 6, 2014.

Donald Lee Buffum, 33, of Concord, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. on Dec. 2, on a warrant. An officer reportedly saw Buffum walking on Airport Road and thought he might have an active warrant. Dispatch confirmed that he was wanted by Bedford Police for shoplifting and possession of a synthetic drug. Buffum was arrested and later, transferred to Bedford Police at the Bow Junction park and ride.

Jason Morrissey, 27, of Manchester, was arrested at 5:12 p.m. on Dec. 2, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. Officers were called to Sears for a report of a shoplifter in custody, with other suspects who may have left the store. The reporting officer spoke with the loss prevention employee who stated that Morrissey had allegedly concealed a men’s bracelet, valued at $99, in his coat and exited the store without paying. The officer viewed video and reportedly saw Morrissey select a jewelry box from the counter, remove an item, and place it in his pants pocket. He then allegedly left the store without paying for the item, according to the report. Morrissey was arrested and processed. At headquarters, the officer found out that Morrissey had prior receiving stolen property convictions in February 2009 and January 2010 in Manchester District Court and the charge was upgraded to a felony. He’s due in court on Jan. 6, 2014.
