Concord Arrest Log (Nov. 1, 2011)

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Nicholas Perry, 32, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 20, on a Bench Warrant and was also charged with being a Habitual Offender, a felony. Perry was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on Elm Street in Penacook. He is due back in court on Nov. 21.

Christopher Horrocks, 37, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 24, and charged with Conduct After An Accident, Possession Of Controlled Drugs, and Possession Of Drugs. He was arrested at 8:30 p.m. near on Perley Street. Horrocks is due back in court on Nov. 21.

Joshua Lang, 23, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 27, and charged with two counts of Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated 2nd Offense, and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated. He was arrested at 4:20 a.m. on Little Pond Road. Lang is due back in court on Nov. 21.

Kelly Butler, 45, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 28, and charged with Theft. She was arrested at 12:21 p.m. at on Loudon Road. Butler has a court date on Nov. 28.

Kayla Hill, 22, of Northfield, was arrested 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 28, and charged with Burglary, a felony. Police allege Hill stole from an East Side Drive woman. She was held without bail and had a court date on Oct. 31.

Michael Arbo, 41, of Pittsfield, was arrested on Oct. 28, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on South Street. Arbo has a court date set for Oct. 28.

April Allaire-Aubut, 35, of Manchester, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Oct. 28, and charged with Theft, a felony, and Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. Police allege she stole from on Loudon Road on Aug. 3. The bail conditions were reportedly breached on Aug. 8. She was released on $10,000 bail and is due back in court on Nov. 28. Previously, Allaire-Aubut was reportedly arrested on Aug. 12, and charged with Theft, Endangering the Welfare of a Child/Incompetent, Default or Breach of Bail Conditions, and a Bench Warrant. She was arrested at Walmart and police allege that Allaire-Aubut stole 74 items valued at $904.47.

Joseph McCormick, 20, of Chichester, was arrested on Oct. 28, and charged with Theft. He was arrested at 8:45 p.m. at Sears on Loudon Road. Police allege that McCormick stole a Carhartt Jacket valued at $80. He is due back in court on Nov. 28.
