ARRESTS: Pembroke Teen Allegedly Steals $1,009 from Her Parents

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • 17, of Epping, was issued a summons at 11:49 p.m. on Aug. 25, on Maple Street for unlawful possession of alcohol. She had a court date on Sept. 12.
  • Abdi M. Khalid, 23, of Utica, N.Y., was arrested on Sept. 1, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons) and reckless conduct; place another in danger, a felony. He was arrested at 10 p.m. about three and half hours after an alleged incident on Perley Street. The alleged victim was a Concord woman who was an in-law. Personal recognizance bail was set at $7,000. Khalid is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 1.
  • Martin M. Michaud, 33, of Barnstead, was arrested on Sept. 4, on a driving while intoxicated charge. He was arrested at 4:07 a.m. at the Exit 17 off ramp of I-93 northbound. According to an arrest report, a blood sample was taken from Michaud at the scene. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Michaud is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 15.
  • Kaleigh Ann Gillen, 18, of Pembroke, was arrested at 12:21 p.m. on Sept. 6, on a fraudulent use of a credit card at 6 a.m. on Aug. 17, at the TD Bank on Sheep Davis Road. The alleged victims in the case were her parents, both Pembroke residents. Police allege that Gillen stole $1,009. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Gillen is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 15.
  • Michael R. Bernard-Daisey, 26, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 3:35 a.m. on Sept. 7, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at the intersection of Green and Warren streets at 3:35 a.m. Police allegedly seized a syringe and a mountain bike from him at the time of his arrest. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500. Bernard-Daisey is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 15.
  • Jason McCormack, 35, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. on Sept. 7, and charged with criminal trespass and criminal mischief (vandalism). The charges stem from an alleged incident at 11:55 p.m. on Sept. 6, and 1 a.m. on Sept. 7, on North State Street. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord woman. McCormack refused bail and had a court date on Sept. 7.
  • Gordon Frederick Stevens, 46, of Enfield, was arrested on Sept. 7, and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated, second offense, and transportation of alcohol/open container. He was arrested at 12:59 a.m. at the intersection of South and Perley streets. Police allege that a 16-ounce can of Budweiser was open in his car at the time of the arrest. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Stevens is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 15.
  • Brent Warren, 27, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 7, and charged with receiving stolen property, a felony charge. He was arrested at 2:25 a.m. at the intersection of Perley and Grove streets. Police allege that Warren stole a mountain bike valued at $250. The alleged victim was a Concord man. Warren refused bail and had a court date on Sept. 7.
  • Christina L. Chaney, 39, of Houston, Texas, was arrested at 9:19 a.m. on Sept. 7, on a conduct after an accident charge from Sept. 14, 2011. Police allege that Chaney struck a fence of a neighbor on Thompson Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Chaney is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 15.
  • Johnna S. Workman, 26, of Pembroke, was arrested on Sept. 7, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at 9:45 a.m. at the CVS on Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500. Workman is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 15.
  • Jessica Nicole Engel, 28, of Concord, was arrested at 11:05 a.m. on Sept. 7, on a conduct after an accident charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at Concord Nissan on Manchester Street at 3:50 p.m. on June 26. The alleged victim in the case was a woman from Pembroke. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Engel is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 15.
  • Robert M. Davis, 52, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 7, on a violation of protective order; penalty charge. He was arrested at 12:40 p.m. on Storrs Street. The alleged victim in the case was a elderly Concord woman. Davis had a court date on Sept. 10.
  • Donald Lee Buffum, 32, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 7, and charged with sale of controlled drugs, a felony, and drug/narcotic violations. The charges stem from allege incidents on July 31, as part of a drug sale investigation, allegedly involving five doses of Percocets. Buffum was held on $275,000 cash bail
  • Helen F. Davis, 39, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 7, and charged with three counts of sale of controlled drugs, all felonies, possession of controlled drugs, two counts of criminal liability for conduct of another, both felonies, and drug/narcotic violations. She was arrested at 1 p.m. on Rumford Street. The charges stem from alleged drug sales and interactions with Davis between July 26 and Sept. 7. She had a court date on Sept. 10.
  • Charles Barry, 17, of Andover, was arrested on Sept. 7, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested at 1:30 p.m. at the intersection of North State and Hutchins streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Barry is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 15.
  • Michael R. Bernard-Daisey, 26, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on Sept. 7, and charged with possession of controlled drugs, a felony, and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at 1:56 p.m. at the intersection of North Spring and School streets. Police allege that Bernard-Daisey was in possession of methamphetamines at the time of his arrest. He refused bail and had a court date on Sept. 10.
