CRIME LOG: Sweeps on the Railroad Tracks, Charges Continue

The Concord Police Department supplied the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.

Jacob LaFlamme, 24, of Windsor, VT, was arrested at 2:02 a.m. on May 31, on a simple assault charge from Oct. 22, 2013, at the Walker Elementary School building on Church Street. LaFlamme was arrested in Claremont on the Concord warrant. He had a court date on July 7.

Sean O’Mara, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 11:20 a.m. on May 31, on a bench warrant. Officers were called to Concord Hospital to take custody of O’Mara on a warrant from August 2011. He had a court date on July 9.

Neil Ryan Corson, 31, a homeless man now located in Concord, received a summons at 6 p.m. on May 31, for passing items to or from the occupant of a motor vehicle, an ordinance violation, at the Market Basket on Storrs Street. While on bike patrol, an officer alleged noticed Corson step off a grassy island in to the road to accept money from a vehicle. Corson had a court date on July 7.

Elliott Steven Dafoe, 30, a homeless man now located in Concord, received a summons at 6:26 p.m. on May 31, on a criminal trespass charge on Storrs Street behind the former New Hampshire State Liquor warehouse. Craig Laber, 52, a homeless man now located in Concord, was also charged with criminal trespass. While on bike patrol, officers allegedly saw both Dafoe and Laber trespassing behind the building near the railroad tracks. Both had been warned several times to stop trespassing in the area. They had court dates on July 7.

Benjamin J. Kenison, 28, of Middletown, CT, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on May 31, on two counts of driving while intoxicated. An officer on South Main Street saw a black Audi A4 pull out of a parking space “at a high rate of speed” and “accelerate” towards Water Street. The officer caught up with the vehicle and clocked it going 45 mph. The officer signaled for the car to stop on Hall Street but it “did not respond to the blue lights so I briefly activated my siren,” according to the report. The Audi stopped in the parking lot of the Best Western. The driver, Kenison, was allegedly “nervous and was sweating” and had passengers in the car. The officer stated that he smelled like alcohol and during a conversation, reportedly admitted to just leaving The Draft on South Main Street. Kenison agreed to a field sobriety test and was arrested. He had a court date on June 16.

Sherry A. Moore, 36, of Concord, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on May 31, on two theft by deception charges from May 11, and May 12, at the Walmart on Loudon Road. Moore was arrested on North Main Street and had a court date on July 7.

Michael Patrick Zinsser, 37, of Concord, was arrested at 12:12 a.m. on June 12, on an unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle charge from February 2011 on Roger Avenue involving a Toyota Prius. While driving on Horseshoe Pond Lane, an officer came across a parked Honda Civic with two individuals near the open trunk of the vehicle. He spoke with the individuals who stated that were getting ready to go fishing. One, however, Zinsser, had an active warrant. He stated that he thought the issue was resolved a couple of years ago. He had a court date on July 7.

Susan Blake, 53, a homeless woman now located in Concord, received a summons at 10:50 a.m. on June 2, on a criminal trespass charge. Officers on bike patrol came across Blake allegedly trespassing behind the New Hampshire Liquor Store warehouse building, a place she had previously been warned not to be. She was arraigned on July 7.

Larry Knight, 56, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 11 a.m. on June 2, and charged with possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, criminal trespass, and consumption of liquor on private property. While patrolling on bikes officers allegedly found Knight hanging out behind the New Hampshire Liquor Store warehouse with an open container of Natural Light beer. A warrant check of Knight revealed a drug charge and while waiting to confirm the charge, he allegedly cracked open another beer in front of the officers. He was immediately told not to drink from it and was taken into custody. Knight had a court date on July 7.

James F. Caswell, 44, of Concord, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. on June 2, and charged with stalking and harassment on South State Street on March 23. He was arrested at his apartment on Clinton Street and had a court date on July 7.

Jameson F. Supry, 22, of Concord, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. on June 2, on a simple assault charge. An officer was sent to a Loudon Road office for an unwanted guest. A woman alleged that her boyfriend was blocking her car and wouldn’t let her leave. When the officer arrived, he saw a Honda Civic blocking a Volkswagen Golf in the parking lot. Supry was allegedly standing outside and was restrained for safety reasons until the officer could figure out what was going on. He allegedly told the officer that he texted his ex to tell her he was coming by and wanted his stuff back. She reportedly told him not to come but he did anyway and the two were arguing about a cellphone he paid for. The woman reportedly stated that it was a gift and didn’t want to give it back. Supry then allegedly grabbed her and she ran into the building and called 911. Supry was charged and had a court date on July 7.

Akur Leek, 25, of Manchester, was arrested at 8:02 p.m. on June 2, and charged with operating without a valid license, driving after revocation or suspension, and transportation of alcohol/open container. An officer saw a Chrysler Town and Country minivan traveling at a high rate of speed on Loudon Road, which was later clocked at 45 mph and stopped near Burns Avenue. The driver, Leek, reportedly told the officer she had a valid license but dispatch said it was suspended in August 2012, for default court summons. The officer reportedly smelled marijuana coming from the car and Leek agreed to a consent search. The officer searched the car but only found an open container of Natural Ice beer with purple lipstick on the can that reportedly matched Leek's. She agreed to field sobriety tests and passed, according to the report, but was arrested on the driving violations. Leek had a court date on July 7.

Courtney Malloy, 17, of Atkinson, received a summons at 9 p.m. on June 2, for reckless operation. An officer was called to Mountain Road and Shawmut Street for an accident between two vehicles. While fire and rescue teams were en route, the officer spoke to a doctor who stopped at the scene of the accident to assist a woman who was injured. Both drivers were later transported to the hospital. At the hospital, one driver, Malloy, was allegedly “emotional and crying,” and said she didn’t remember anything. She denied being distracted by a cellphone or drinking. The other driver alleged that Malloy “came around the corner on her side of the road” and was “traveling at a high rate of speed” before the crash. The woman sustained a pulmonary contusion in her lung and a left hip fracture dislocation, according to the report. Malloy was charged and also cited for child passenger restraints required. She had a court date on July 7.
