CRIME LOG: Holderness Man Faces Drug Charges

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Jessica J. Lee, 33, of Concord, was arrested at 9:35 a.m. on Nov. 16, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons) and default or breach of bail conditions. The charges stem from alleged incidents at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street Oct. 20. Lee was arrested in Strafford. She’s due in court on Dec. 16.

Jerome J. Fuller, 32, of Concord, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Nov. 16, on a simple assault charge. Officers were called to Fisherville Road for a possible fight between two men. When they arrived, they observed several subjects in front of the building. An officer asked one man what was going on and he said nothing and began walking away. The man later told the officer that he had a fight with his brother. A woman came over and told officers that her sons had “a little spat” and it was over. Another man also refused to talk about the incident. A sergeant met up with Fuller in the back of the building and he also reportedly denied that anything happened and told the officer he was not injured. Another sergeant reportedly spoke to “several independent witnesses” who all alleged that Fuller pushed and kicked his brother while he was holding onto his son. The brother ended up handing off his son to another person and tried to wrestle Fuller to the ground but Fuller allegedly ended up on top of him, according to witnesses. Fuller was arrested and later, allegedly told officers that it was just brothers being brothers. Fuller is due in court on Dec. 16.

Haleen Derosia, 37, of Concord, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. on Nov. 17, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. An officer was called to a report on South Street of a person that might be trying to hurt herself. During the process of the investigation, it was revealed that Derosia had allegedly bit and scratched her husband during an argument. She was arrested and later, released on $500 personal recognizance bail. Derosia is due in court on Dec. 16.

Glen E. Sharpe, 38, of Holderness, was arrested at 7:29 a.m. on Nov. 17, on possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs charges. An officer on patrol on Liberty Street observed a 2000 Toyota Camry fail to stop at a stop sign at Liberty and School streets without braking. The car was stopped and as the officer approached the vehicle to speak with its driver, Sharpe, the officer allegedly “smelled the odor of burnt marijuana” coming from the car that was described as “overwhelming.” Sharpe allegedly said he and his female passenger were employed as mental health workers at the state hospital but denied there was marijuana being smoked or that there was any in the car. Later though, Sharpe allegedly retrieved a glass pipe and jar of marijuana, and was arrested. The woman denied any knowledge of the marijuana. Sharpe was also cited for a stop sign violation.

Christina Maria Parker, 31, of Concord, was arrested at 5:47 p.m. on Nov. 17, on a bench warrant. While driving on Loudon Road, an officer did a check on a 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer and found that the owner, Parker, had a warrant for nonpayment of an attorney fee, with $302.50 cash to settle. The car was pulled over and Parker was arrested. She was released on personal recognizance bail and had a court date on Nov. 21.

Ricky A. Titus, 57, of Concord, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 17, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons) and criminal mischief (vandalism). An officer spoke with a woman about a past tense domestic incident at headquarters. The woman stated that after grocery shopping, she asked for money from her husband, since they always split the bill, and he reportedly said no, since he purchased items earlier in the day and she needed to pay him. She reportedly told Titus that she would take his saw, since she paid for that, and he allegedly grabbed her arm and tried to pull her away from the saw. She later left with the saw. When she returned, she reportedly told Titus she had previously recorded him and he allegedly grabbed the cellphone from her and broke it. The officer noted injuries to the woman’s hands. The two reportedly continued fighting with Titus allegedly trying to take pictures of the damage and the woman allegedly admitting that she did pick up a coffee pot and tried to hit the camera out of his hand. She later went to police to report the incident after he allegedly threatened to call police. The police went to speak with Titus who alleged that it was the woman’s daughter causing all the problems. The officers asked Titus about the argument concerning the money and Titus allegedly said that no one speaks to him that way in his house. Titus later allegedly admitted to breaking the phone after she shoved it in his face. Titus was arrested and charged. He’s due in court on Dec. 16.

Patrick Lorne McInnis Jr., 37, of Concord, was arrested at 4:42 p.m. on Nov. 19, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charges. Officers were sent to South Spring Street for an assault. A woman alleged that McInnis, her ex, had assaulted her. The woman reportedly told officers that while in jail, the two had been pen pals and later dated. On the night in question, McInnis allegedly showed up at the door and when told to leave, he allegedly grabbed the woman by the neck and dragged her down the front porch steps. The woman’s mother and sister came out to help the woman get free and McInnis allegedly fled the area in a brown van. The officer reportedly didn’t see any markings on the woman’s neck. While officers were investigating the incident, the brown van approached the residence. Officers spoke to the driver who stated he drove McInnis to the residence earlier. McInnis allegedly told him it was about $75 a woman stole from him. The driver said he was adjusting his radio when he heard everyone yelling. The driver ordered McInnis to get in the van and later, he did, and they drove away. Other witnesses also spoke with the police. Officers then went to North Spring Street to speak with McInnis but he wasn’t home. Later, he arrived home with his parents. McInnis said he and the woman began arguing about the $75 and it appeared as if she didn’t want others to hear about the issue. He was arrested and released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail. McInnis, who is a registered sex offender, is due in court on Dec. 23.

Stephen Gordon Olivo, 53, of Concord, was arrested at 6:13 p.m. on Nov. 19, on a criminal mischief (vandalism) charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at an apartment on Garvins Falls Road on Oct. 16, involving a damaged door. Olivo, who is also a registered sex offender, turned himself in to police. He is due in court on Dec. 23. 

Elizabeth Johnson, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 12:53 p.m. on Nov. 20, on a bench warrant. Officers picked up Johnson on Thorndike Street on a nonpayment of fine warrant out of Plymouth District Court, with $819 cash to settle. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and has a court date on Dec. 30.

Joshua Melendy, 28, of Concord, was arrested at 2:19 p.m. on Nov. 20, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer from Nov. 15, at the Best Western Hotel on Hall Street. Police allege Melendy stole a spool of metal wire. He turned himself in and was later released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and has a court date on Dec. 23.

David Wayne Boisvert, 51, of Concord, was arrested at 4:43 p.m. on Nov. 20, on a false inspection or registration sticker charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident on Oct. 26, at the Market Basket on Storrs Street. Boisvert turned himself in to police and is due in court on Dec. 23.
