ARRESTS: New Hampton Man Arrested on Criminal Threatening Charge

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Sharon M. Emerson, 33, of Boscawen, was arrested on Oct. 29, on two simple assault charges, one personal weapons and one listed as “other.” She was arrested at 12:46 a.m. at the intersection of Washington and Coral streets in Penacook. Another assault allegedly occurred on Millstream Lane. The alleged victim in the case was her mother, a Concord resident. Emerson refused bail and had a court date on Oct. 29.
  • Michael Palmer, 19, of Chichester, was arrested on Oct. 29, on an allowing improper person to operate charge. He was arrested at 4:09 a.m. at the Exit 13 onramp on I-93 northbound. The person who was ineligible to drive was reportedly a teenage woman from Pembroke. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Palmer is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 3.
  • Michael Maynard, 48, of Concord, was arrested at 10:49 a.m. on Oct. 29, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident in Eagle Square at 8:15 p.m. on Sept. 9. The alleged victim was a Concord man who was an acquaintance. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Maynard is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 3.
  • Katie Rae Davenport, 26, of Boscawen, was arrested on Oct. 30, and charged with prowling and resisting arrest or detention. She was arrested at 3:10 a.m. about a half an hour after alleged incidents on Manchester Street. Cash bail was set at $500 and she had a court date on Oct. 30.
  • David John Vecchiola, 30, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:37 a.m. on Oct. 30, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at the intersection of South and Clinton streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000 and Vecchiola had a court date on Oct. 31.
  • Alan M. Garceau, 51, of Henniker, received a summons at 1:29 p.m. on Oct. 30, for alleged driving after revocation or suspension at the intersection of Loudon Road and Fort Eddy Road. He is due in court on Dec. 3.
  • Ariann Leigh Mohseni, 17, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 30, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at 12:20 p.m. at the intersection of Woodman and North Fruit streets. The Concord High School student had a court date on Oct. 30.
  • Jacob Sargent, 29, of New Hampton, was arrested at 3:05 p.m. on Oct. 30, on a criminal threatening (intimidation, etc.) charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 2:30 p.m. on Sept. 30, at Sears on Loudon Road. The alleged victim was a Manchester man who was a Sears employee and a stranger to Sargent. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. Sargent is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 3.
  • Haleen Derosia, 36, of Concord, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. on Oct. 30, and charged with two counts of simple assault and a resisting arrest or detention charge. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Federal Street on Oct. 21 and Oct. 30. The alleged victim was a teenage girl from Concord who was a neighbor. Derosia refused bail and had a court date on Oct. 31.
  • Jason A. Berube, 36, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 31, on a change of registration information; duty to inform charge. He was arrested at 9:10 a.m. at the Concord Police Department headquarters. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Berube is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 3.
  • Michael Thomas Daley, 55, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on Oct. 31, on a duty to report charge. He was arrested at 9:30 a.m. at the Concord Police Department headquarters. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 8 a.m. on May 1, where Daley was suspected of using computer equipment, specifically, a Yahoo account email address. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Daley is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 3.
  • Aaron Mathew Dransfield, 27, of Pembroke, was arrested at 12:15 p.m. on Oct. 31, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Police allege that the pharmacy technician for the Rite Aid on Fort Eddy Road stole various amounts of Alprazolam, Lorazepam, and Diazpam tablets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Dransfield is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 3.
  • Jeffrey Coulter, 18, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 31, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 12:22 p.m. at Concord High School. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500 and Coulter had a court date on Nov. 1.
  • Cory Scott Holton, 33, of Concord, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. on Oct. 31, on a second-degree assault (personal weapons) charge, a felony. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 12:40 p.m. on Sept. 10, on Christian Avenue. The alleged victim in the case was a teenage man from Concord who was otherwise known to Holton.
  • Jennifer L. Oliver, 28, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 31, on a resisting arrest or detention charge. She was arrested at 4:15 a.m. after an alleged incident on Wyman Street. Oliver was released on personal recognizance bail of $2,000. Oliver is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 3.
  • Keirsten A. Gadwah, 17, of Concord, received a summons at 4 a.m. on Oct. 20, on two counts of unlawful possession of alcohol at an apartment on 120 Fisherville Road. Gadwah is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.
