POLICE LOG: Man Busted for Drugs, Vandalism on Branch Turnpike

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Nicholas Rattelade, 20, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 30, and charged with possession of controlled drugs and three counts of criminal mischief (vandalism). He was arrested at 12:55 p.m. on Branch Turnpike. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord woman and an apartment complex. Personal recognizance bail was set at $3,000. Rattelade is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 31.
  • Haleen Derosia, 36, of Concord, was arrested at 9:19 p.m. on Dec. 3, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons), resisting arrest or detention, and default or breach of bail conditions. According to an arrest report, two officers were called to an apartment on Federal Street for a report of trespass notices being served. The officer reported while looking for two individuals who were reportedly in the apartment, he had an exchange with Derosia that led to a door allegedly being slammed into the side of the officer’s head and a forearm. Another officer assisted in arresting Derosia who allegedly attempted to fight the officers off to prevent arrest. While being transported to the state, Derosia reportedly slipped out of one of the handcuffs and allegedly fought to keep from being taken out of the police cruiser and booked. It was later learned that she was out on bail on a breach of bail charge. She refused bail and had a court date on Dec. 4.
  • Michael James Dempsey, 28, of Loudon, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. on Dec. 3, on a criminal trespass charge. According to an arrest report, officers were at the Federal Street apartment for a report that Dempsey and a woman were seen at the building even though a property manager of the building had previously issued them no trespass orders. After the alleged incident involving Haleen Derosia and two police officers, Dempsey was reportedly located in the apartment, sleeping in one of the bedrooms. He was arrested and later released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail. He had a court date on Jan. 7, 2013.
  • Christina Maria Parker, 30, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 12:07 p.m. on Dec. 4, on a bench warrant and for bail jumping. According to an arrest report, while parked in the Lun Hing Motel parking lot monitoring traffic, an officer ran the plate on a Mitsubishi stopped at a traffic light. According to the search, Parker had an active bench warrant for endangering the welfare of a child. “I had a clear view of the operator and could see that it was a female operator,” the officer wrote. After pulling over the car, the driver was identified as Parker, although she reportedly did not have a license in her possession. While speaking with the officer about the bench warrant, Parker allegedly stated that her lawyer had “cleared it up.” Parker was taken into custody. According to the reporting officer, Parker was charged with endangering the welfare of a child on Oct. 12, but “had skipped her court date on numerous occasions.” Parker was later released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and has a court date on Jan. 7, 2013.
  • Patrick J. Talbot, 36, of Boscawen, received a summons at 5:56 p.m. on Dec. 4, on simple assault (personal weapons) and reckless conduct; place another in danger charges. The charges stem from alleged incidents against a Concord man and a Concord woman on Nov. 9, on Loudon Road. The summons was issued to Talbot who was at the Merrimack County House of Corrections. He refused bail and was video arraigned on Dec. 5.
  • Bobbie Jo Guyer, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. on Dec. 4, on a bench warrant out of Concord District Court for a previous driving while intoxicated charge. The electronic bench warrant was from Nov. 20. Guyer turned herself in to the Concord Police Department headquarters and was released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail. She is due in court on Jan. 7, 2013.
  • Charles A. Maynard, 47, of Concord, was arrested at 5:18 p.m. on Dec. 5, and charged with criminal threatening (intimidation, etc.), public disposal of human waste, and a bench warrant. According to a police report, Maynard reported to the police headquarters to register as a sex offender but also had a number of warrants out for his arrest. He was informed that he had a disposal of public waste charge and a non-appearance in court charge from Nov. 16. Cash bail was set at $500 but Maynard refused the bail and was arraigned via video on Dec. 6.
  • Jacqueline Williams, 18, of Concord, received a summons at 10:55 p.m. on Dec. 5, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. According to a report, an officer on traffic duty allegedly spotted a Hyundai Accent hatchback at the intersection of North Main Street and Loudon Road with a headlight out. The officer ended up stopping the vehicle on Pitman Street. According to dispatch, Williams’ license had been “suspended indefinitely” on Sept. 19. She is due in court on Jan. 7, 2013.
