ARREST LOG: Concord Woman Arrested for Assault, Drugs

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Alexie Santiago, 19, of Manchester, was arrested on Feb. 10, and charged with Attempt To Commit Theft From Vehicle, Unlawful Possession Of Alcohol, and Receiving Stolen Property. He was arrested at 6:38 a.m. at the intersection of South State and Perley streets. The Attempt To Commit Theft From Vehicle charge related to an Downing Street address. The alleged victim in the case was a man. Santiago was later charged with a Warrant since Santiago was reportedly wanted by the Manchester Police Department for Contempt Of Court, according to an arrest report. He was released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail. Santiago had a court date at Manchester District Court on Feb. 10, and is due back in court in Concord on March 19.
  • Christopher M. Leger, 39, of Franklin, was arrested at 12:46 a.m. on Feb. 10, on a Violation Of Protective Order; Penalty charge. The arrest was based on an incident that occurred on Feb. 7, on Union Street. The alleged victim in the case was is girlfriend. Leger was held without bail and had a court date on Feb. 10.
  • James L. Liimatainen, 25, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 10, on a Possession Of Controlled Drugs charge. He was arrested at 2:30 a.m. on Lincoln Street. Police allege Liimatainen was in possession of a glass pipe with marijuana residue. He was also wanted by the Concord Police Department for Criminal Liability, according to an arrest report. Liimatainen was released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on March 19.
  • Michael Ryan Smith, 22, of Concord, was arrested 7:25 p.m. on Feb. 10, on a Theft charge. The charge relates to an alleged incident at the New Hampshire State Liquor Store on Storrs Street on Jan. 28. Smith had a court date on Feb. 13.
  • Matthew Parra, 18, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 10, and charged with two counts of Receiving Stolen Property and Attempt To Commit Theft From Vehicle. He was arrested at 6:45 a.m. on Grove Street. The alleged victims in the case were a man and woman who were strangers to Parra. He was released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail and he is due back in court on March 19.
  • Jessica J. Lee, 31, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 10, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) and Possession Of Controlled Drugs. She was arrested at 11:45 p.m. on Fowler Street. The alleged victim in the case was a boyfriend. Lee was released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on March 19.
  • Matthew Richard, 20, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 11, on two Bench Warrants. He was arrested at 1:13 p.m. on Pleasant Street. Richard was released on $10,540 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on Feb. 27.
  • Alexander Jay Paul Colby, 30, of Belmont, was arrested on Feb. 12, on a Resisting Arrest Or Detention charge. He was arrested at 12:55 a.m. at the intersection of North Main and Pleasant streets. Colby was released on $1,000 recognizance bail and is due back in court on March 19.
  • Alan E. Walter, 41, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 12, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) and Driving While Intoxicated. He was arrested at 2:53 a.m. on Merrimack Street in Penacook. Walter was released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on March 19.
