Elderly Woman from Florida Arrested for DWI: Concord Cop Log

The Concord Police Department supplied the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.

CONCORD, NH — Elliot Steven Dafoe, 30, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 11:28 a.m. on April 17, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge and a consumption of liquor on private property ordinance violation. Officers were sent to the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street for a report of unwanted guests at the store. While at the store, officers spoke with Dafoe, who allegedly was drinking alcohol from a container “right in front” of the officers. He was allegedly slurring his speech and had a difficult time keeping his head up while talking with the officers and later, was arrested, after it was discovered that he was out on bail on other charges.

Caroll Jean MacDougall, 38, of Keene, was arrested at 12:48 a.m. on April 22, on a bench warrant. While patrolling on South Street, officers saw MacDougall who stated she wasn’t feeling well. A Swiss Army knife was found on the ground near her, according to the report. She had an active warrant out of Keene District Court from April 21, and was arrested. She was held on $500 cash bail and was arraigned on April 22.

Roger P. Duhaime, 28, of Concord, was arrested at 2:25 a.m. on April 22, on two counts of simple assault and a resisting arrest or detention charge. Officers and a sergeant were sent to Beacon Street for a verbal dispute between a couple with a man reporting that his girlfriend’s friend wouldn’t leave. Upon arrival, the two women were outside and the man, Duhaime, was inside. An officer spoke to Duhaime who allegedly “appeared to be angry” and alleged that the female friend struck him in the face repeatedly. The officer didn’t see any evidence that he had been assaulted. The officer asked if he had any weapons and he denied he had, and allegedly put his hands in his pockets. The officer requested that he not do that and Duhaime allegedly did it again and again. After the officer stated to Duhaime that he was nervous with his behavior, he allegedly put his hands in his pockets again, and the officer began to take him in to custody. Duhaime allegedly began yelling and aggressively pulling away from the officer. Others assisted and he was put in handcuffs. Another officer spoke with the women who allegedly that Duhaime pushed one of them during a fight about financial matters. He’s due in court on June 9.

Matthew Robie, 28, of Hill, was arrested a 2:32 p.m. on April 22, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. While on Hoit Road near Whitney a Chevrolet was clocked driving 62 mph in a 45 zone. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Robie, reportedly stated he didn’t realize he was driving that fast. A check of his license revealed that Robie had an order against him that he was not to be within 100 feet of a woman. A passenger in the car was asked for her license and it turned out to be the same woman involved in the order. The order was checked again and confirmed, and Robie was arrested. He’s due in court on June 2.

Gino E. Malone, 54, a homeless man now located in Concord, received a summons at 5:59 p.m. on April 22, for criminal trespass. Officers were sent to the UNH School of Law for a report of a man who wouldn’t leave the school. Security at the school asked the man if he needed help and he appeared disoriented and stated that there was a man outside with a gun. The security officer looked outside but she said she didn’t see anything out of the ordinary. The officers asked Malone and if wanted to be taken to the hospital and he reportedly stated, “Yes,” but wouldn’t move. The officers attempted to remove him but he wouldn’t move and used his weight to hold himself down, according to the report. He was taken to Concord Hospital and given a summons to appear in court.

Kevin J. McDermott, 26, of Pembroke, was arrested at 6:44 p.m. on April 22, on a bench warrant and default or breach of bail conditions charge. An officer was sent back to the station to assist a Carroll County Sheriff’s Deputy. The deputy was driving on I-393 East when he reportedly saw a woman smoking marijuana in a vehicle and stopped the vehicle at the Pembroke line. A check of the driver’s license, a woman, reported that she was a protected person. A passenger was also checked. McDermott, the passenger, was not supposed to be near the driver, and he was arrested. He was held without bail and arraigned on April 23.

Susan Elizabeth Burke, 70, of Hypoluxo, FL, was arrested at 11:03 p.m. on April 22, and charged with driving while intoxicated and transportation of alcohol/open container. Officers were called to the Shell station on Loudon Road at the bottom of Gully Hill for a report of a woman slumped over in her Volvo with beer cans next to her. The officers approached the vehicle, which was parked in the middle of two parking spaces with the solid white line directly in the middle of the vehicle, and spoke to Burke, who allegedly had an open 25 ounce container of Bud Ice Beer next to her. “Burke was adamant that she had not been drinking,” the officer alleged. The officer requested Burke perform field sobriety tests and she rejected the request twice, and allegedly “became agitated.” She put her sneakers on the wrong feet and allegedly stumbled out of the vehicle and was arrested.

Lance W. Boudreau, 27, of Concord, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. on April 23, on a resisting arrest or detention charge. Officers and a sergeant were called to a report of a man armed with a knife at Hall and Basin streets who might be unstable. The officer later learned it was Boudreau and began looking for him. They came across a car and Boudreau was in the rear passenger seat. A woman took the knife from him, according to the report. When Boudreau saw the officer though, he allegedly exited the vehicle and began to run. The officer and sergeant were able to catch up with him but Boudreau allegedly refused to place his hands behind his back. After a short struggle, he was taken into custody.

Travis J. MacKenzie, 26, of Concord, was arrested at 11:03 a.m. on April 23, on simple assault and endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent charges from Feb. 17, on Pinewood Trail. MacKenzie turned himself in to police and is due in court on June 2.

Scott A. Perkins, 20, of Northwood, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on April 23, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. While on West Street, an officer saw a Honda take a turn while the light was red where it was posted “no turn on red.” Before pulling the vehicle over, the officer alleged that the driver and the passenger exchanged seats. The driver allegedly stated that he was going to switch seats anyway, since he was tired. The passenger, Perkins, got out of the backseat of the car and spoke with the officer, with dispatch reported that his license was suspended. Perkins was arrested and is due in court on June 2. The driver was cited for allowing an improper person to drive.

K. Michael Johnson, 62, of West Ossipee, was arrested at 7:47 p.m. on April 23, on driving while intoxicated and transportation of alcohol/open container charges. An officer was sent to Concord Hospital for a report of a possible impaired driver that was leaving. Security stated that the man appeared to be intoxicated and was told not to leave but did anyway. The officer caught up with the Ford Ranger pickup truck on Warren Street and followed it as it drove slower than the posted speed limit. The officer reported seeing it drive over lines in the road and the vehicle was pulled over. The driver, Johnson, reportedly had glassy eyes and there was an open 12-ounce can of Budweiser on the floor. Johnson agreed to field sobriety tests and was arrested. He had a court date on May 12.
