CRIME LOG: Manchester Woman Charged with Heroin Possession

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Johnny Dean Burrows, 49, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. on Aug. 11, and charged with criminal trespass and criminal threatening (intimidation, etc.). An officer was called to an apartment on Pembroke Road for a report of an unwanted guest. A woman stated that she had allowed Burrows to stay at the apartment previously but that he had come back to the home and was allegedly belligerent, refusing to leave. She noted that this had been a problem in the past too, and she was thinking about taking out a restraining order because she didn’t feel safe. The officer went to leave and allegedly saw Burrows stagger out of the bushes from behind the apartment. “Burrows was highly intoxicated,” the officer alleged, while calling for backup. Burrows allegedly told the officer that no one had asked him to leave and he was then place under arrest. Burrows allegedly mumbled incoherently while being transported and refused to comply with booking so he was transferred to the Merrimack County House of Corrections. He was arraigned on Aug. 12.
  • Shawn Dawkins, 45, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 7:19 p.m. on Aug. 16, on a warrant. Officers were called to Storrs and North Main streets to arrest Dawkins who was wanted by the Pittsfield Police Department for a 12-hour arrest for a violation of a protection order that was due to expire on Aug. 17. According to a court document, Dawkins allegedly contacted his wife on five different occasions on the day in question, a violation of his bail conditions. An officer spoke with the woman and checked her caller ID. He was taken into custody and transported to Super Shoes in Chichester.
  • Andrew Turgeon, 33, of Penacook, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on Aug. 20, on a disorderly conduct charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at the Citizens Bank on Village Street in Penacook on Aug. 6. Turgeon turned himself in to police and was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail. He’s due in court on Sept. 16.
  • Hagen D. Esty-Lennon, 39, of Concord was arrested at 11:01 a.m. on Aug. 21, on a domestic violence act, violation of a protective order. The charge stems from an alleged incident at the Body Works on Manchester Street on April 9. Esty-Lennon turned himself in to police. He was not offered bail and was arraigned on Aug. 21.
  • Benjamin Mark Bundy, 27, of Concord, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. on Aug. 22, on a simple assault (other weapons) charge. Officers were called to Garvins Falls Road to a domestic between ex-spouses. A woman at the scene alleged that Bundy had assaulted her and was probably heading to his girlfriend’s house. An officer spoke with the woman and reported seeing a small laceration on her right hand but she refused medical treatment. According to the woman, she was staying at her mother’s house with their two children and Bundy was doing yard work in the area and approached her to see if she had any morphine. The woman stated that “she told him that she wasn’t helping him” and he allegedly got upset. The woman alleged that Bundy “raised his hand at her” and she threw an empty water bottle at him. Bundy then allegedly picked up a computer chair and threw it at her and she blocked it with her hand. The two children ran into the room and began yelling at Bundy, with one reportedly hitting him. Bundy allegedly knelt down to say something to the child and the woman called police. A sergeant called Bundy on his cellphone and later, with another officer, went to Longmeadow Drive. The reporting officer alleged that Bundy said he was working at the house and the woman asked him to watch their children. Since it was her day to be with the kids and he was working, he reportedly said no and she allegedly got angry and threw an empty water bottle that struck him in the face. Bundy allegedly admitted to throwing the computer chair after that “but not in her direction.” After his son began hitting him, he left, he reportedly stated. Since he didn’t have his cellphone with him, he couldn’t all police, he reportedly told the officer. The officer looked at Bundy’s face and saw that it was “slightly pink in color” but didn’t see any other markings. Bundy was arrested and charged. Bundy was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and has a court date on Sept. 23.
  • Crystol Pelletier, 24, of Manchester, was arrested at 10:03 p.m. on Aug. 23, on a possession of controlled drugs charge, a felony. Officers were dispatched to the Holiday Inn on North Main Street for a report of a disturbance in the parking lot. A man flagged down officers and reported that he and his family were having an issue with another woman. The woman reportedly told officers that she was a recovering addict and that Pelletier had been staying at her house in Manchester. She said she was sick of Pelletier’s antics and didn’t want her staying with her. She agreed to drive Pelletier and the others back to Concord for some gas money. The argument occurred while driving them home and she stopped at the Holiday Inn and told everyone to get out. Another officer spoke to Pelletier and during a consent search of her purse, allegedly found a hypodermic needle and spoon that contained a burnt residue, believed to be heroin. The officer reportedly heard Pelletier allegedly admit to the other officer that she used heroin two days before and that was the residue on the spoon. Pelletier was taken into custody. Later, it was learned that she had a warrant out of Nashua District Court for nonappearance in court, $1,000 cash to settle, on a criminal trespass charge.
  • Jessica L. Lee, 33, of Concord, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. on Aug. 24, on a warrant. An officer was dispatched to Burns Avenue to arrest Lee on a warrant from the Northwood Police Department. She was granted $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in Candia District Court on Sept. 30.
  • Robert Wayne Glodgett, 50, of Concord, received a summons at 3:20 p.m. on Aug. 25, on possession of alcoholic beverages – public property charge. An officer was dispatched in the area of the New Hampshire Liquor Store on Storrs Street for a report of people harassing customers. Upon arrival, the officer spoke to Glodgett who denied being at the store. However, the officer noticed that Glodgett had allegedly placed his hat over a 24-ounce can of Natural Light Beer that he was drinking. The officer then issued Glodgett a summons. He’s due in court on Sept. 30.
  • Brett Alexander Seeley, 28, of Concord, was arrested at 2:05 p.m. on Aug. 26, and charged with three counts of receiving stolen property, three counts of theft by deception, and a warrant. The charges stem from alleged incidents on May 21, May 22, and May 23, at the Cash for Gold on Manchester Street, the Game Stop on Fort Eddy Road, and The Jewelers Workbench at the Steeplegate Mall, involving jewelry, valued at about $225, and an iPod Touch, valued at $42, reportedly stolen from Crawford Road. The warrant was from the Loudon Police on a conduct after an accident charge. Seeley was picked up on Crawford Road and taken into custody. He was released on $15,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Sept. 23.
  • Peter J. Sebastian, 34, of Concord, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. on Aug. 27, on a bench warrant. He was arrested on Margerie Street. The warrant was issued on July 23, out of Concord District Court for nonpayment of attorney fees on a criminal mischief charge, with $302.50 cash to settle. Sebastian was arrested and later released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail with a court date on Sept. 16.
  • Linda Catherine Voelker, 66, of Franklin, was arrested at 8:17 a.m. on Aug. 28, and charged with conduct after an accident and unlawful or unsafe backing of a vehicle. The charges stem from an alleged incident on Aug. 22, in the Burlington Coat Factory parking lot on Storrs Street involving a 2009 Dodge Journey and a 2002 Mercury Sable. Voelker turned herself in to police and was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. She is due in court on Sept. 30.
  • Nathaniel Scott Doyle, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:52 p.m. on Aug. 29, and charged with felony possession of controlled drugs and simple assault (personal weapons). While on bike patrol, officers observed a bike traveling north on the sidewalk near Dubois Avenue. One of the officers tried to call out to the person but he couldn’t hear them because he had headphones on, according to the report. The officers caught up with the man, Doyle, and ran a check on him and found there was a warrant for his arrest for a simple assault charge from June 16. After being handcuffed and searched, officers allegedly found a pill in Doyle’s pocket that he reportedly said was a Percocet, as well as a straw. Later, during processing, the pill was found out to be Acetaminophen Oxycodone Hydrochloride and the drug charge was added.
  • Bal Gautam, 51, of Concord, was arrested at 9 a.m. on Aug. 30, and charged with conduct after an accident, operating without a valid license, and moving a vehicle. The charges stem from an alleged incident on Aug. 18, on Industrial Park Drive. Gautam turned himself in to police and was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail. He’s due in court on Sept. 30. He was also issued summonses for operating without a valid license and unsafe movement of a vehicle.
  • Manirampa Melance, 33, of Concord, was arrested at 3:14 p.m. on Aug. 31, and charged with suspended registration (operating-misd) and driving after revocation or suspension. While on South Main Street, an officer saw a 2001 Honda Civic without a front plate. The car was pulled over outside of the Beijing & Tokyo on South Main Street. The driver, Melance, at first, allegedly said he didn’t have a license but later, dispatch reported that Melance had a suspended license and registrations and he was arrested. He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Sept. 30. He was also given a warning for misuse or failure to display plates.
