CRIME LOG: Woman Faces Felony Theft Charge at Best Buy

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Jennifer Anne Azzara, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 11:47 p.m. on Aug. 11, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. The alleged incident took place on at 12:40 a.m. on July 5, on North State Street. An officer was called to Longmeadow Drive for an unwanted subject. While speaking with all involved, Azzara was found to have an outstanding warrant. She was taken into custody, charged, and later released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail. Azzara is due in court on Sept. 16.
  • Chad Allen Bidlack, 34, of Concord, was arrested at 9:33 p.m. on Aug. 12, on a warrant. An officer was called to the Fisherville Road McDonald’s Restaurant for a report of a suspicious vehicle. A Pontiac Grand Prix with Ohio plates was in the parking lot for the past few nights and the subject inside had reportedly never gone into the restaurant. The officer approached the vehicle to speak with Bidlack who reportedly said he was using the wi-fi at the restaurant to set up his new cellphone. A check of Bidlack though revealed a warrant from Hillsboro County for default of child support. He was arrested and later, the Hillsboro County Sheriff’s Office took custody of him.
  • Johnathan Ray Farrington, 21, of Center Barnstead, was arrested at 9:40 a.m. on Aug. 15, and charged with criminal mischief (vandalism) and criminal threatening (intimidation, etc.). The charges stem from alleged incidents on Aug. 19, 2011, at the CVS on Hall Street, involving a 1996 Chevrolet Astro van that was reported damaged or destroyed. An officer was sent to the Epsom Police Department to meet with a Strafford County Sheriff’s Department deputy who had Farrington in custody. He was later released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Sept. 16.
  • Jessica Lynn Tarbox, 24, of Franklin, was arrested at 10:41 pm. on Aug. 16, on a false report to law enforcement charge. The charge stems from a report issued to Concord Police on Jan. 27. An officer was sent to the Merrimack House of Correction in Boscawen to take custody of Tarbox from Franklin Police. She was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Sept. 16.
  • Robert Wayne Glodgett, 50, of Concord, was arrested at 7:01 p.m. on Aug. 20, on a bench warrant. An officer was called to the Concord Center on Ferry Street for a possible domestic behind the building. During a check of the area, the officer found four individuals that were reportedly trespassing. One, Glodgett, had a warrant for nonpayment of a fine on a receiving stolen property charge from Concord District Court, with $950 cash to settle. He was arrested and later released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail. Glodgett is due in court on Sept. 16.
  • Christopher Robert Roy, 24, of Boscawen, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. on Aug. 23, and charged with two felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. The charges stem from alleged incidents at the Walmart on Loudon Road on Aug. 8, reportedly involving a mountain bike and clothes all valued at around $330. An officer reported seeing Roy on North Main Street and advised he might be heading to his girlfriend’s house on South Spring Street. An officer caught up to him there and he was arrested. Roy was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Sept. 23.
  • Timothy Perham, 23, of Concord, was arrested at 5:25 p.m. on Aug. 23, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident on Aug. 17, in Manchester Street apartment involving a child. Perham turned himself in to police and was later released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail. He will be in court on Sept. 23.
  • Julie M. Sargent, 26, of Concord, was arrested at 2:05 p.m. on Aug. 24, on a felony theft by deception charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at Best Buy on D'Amante Drive on July 20, involving $1,269.92 worth of returned items that had previously been stolen from the store. She turned herself in to police and was later released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail. Sargent is due in court on Sept. 23.
  • David R. Snell, 25, of Franklin, received a summons at 1:08 p.m. on Aug. 25, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. While monitoring traffic on Village Street, an officer reported seeing a pickup truck pass by without an inspection sticker on the windshield. The vehicle was stopped near the Manor Fire Station. The driver reported that he had a license but wasn't in possession of it. A check of Snell though yielded a suspended license from July 9, for default court summons. Snell was issued a summons and is due in court on Sept. 30. He was also cited for uninspected vehicle.
