ARRESTS: Concord Couple Face Charges at I-393 Intersection

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Danielle Rae Clark, 25, of Concord, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 10, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 4 p.m. on Aug. 21, 2011, at the TD Bank on North Main Street. Police allege that Clark stole $4,098.99. Personal recognizance bail was set at $10,000. Clark is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.
  • Tyler B. Castrogiovanni, 21, of Barnstead, received a summons at 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 11, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. Police allege that on Oct. 11, he assaulted a Concord man near the Everett Arena on Loudon Road.
  • Sarah Lynn Patz, 32, of Concord, was arrested at 4:58 p.m. on Oct. 11, and charged with conspiracy to commit. She was arrested outside the Residence Inn on Hall Street. The alleged victims in the case were a Concord woman and a Manchester man. Both were otherwise unknown to Patz. She was held on $25,000 cash bail and was arraigned on Oct. 12.
  • Megan L. Cullen, 25, of Concord, was arrested at 1:04 p.m. on Oct. 12, on a criminal liability for conduct of another charge, a felony, and a bench warrant from the Concord Police Department. The charges stem from an alleged incident at Jasmine Place on Sept. 18. The alleged victims in the case were two Concord men and a woman who were strangers. Cullen alleged stole a black leather briefcase with combination locks valued at $100 and another item. Cullen had a court date on Oct. 15.
  • Nancy S. Fish, 45, of Concord, received a summons at 12:05 a.m. on Oct. 13, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. She was stopped on Hall Street. Fish has a court date on Nov. 19.
  • Tammy L. Lacerte, 28, of Allenstown, received a summons at 1:51 p.m. on Oct. 13, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer from the Sears on Loudon Road. Police allege that Lacerte stole $425 worth of items from the store, items that were later recovered. She is due in court on Nov. 19.
  • Anthony J. Dashnaw, 62, of Concord, was arrested at 10:50 p.m. on Oct. 13, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 7 p.m. on Aug. 11, outside of the Concord Nissan on Manchester Street. He’s due in court on Nov. 19.
  • Manirampa Melance, 32, of Concord was arrested on Oct. 13, and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated, two counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated, and a single count of endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent. He was arrested at the intersection of East Side Drive and I-393 at 11:55 p.m. Police allege that four children between the ages of 1- and 8-years-old were in the car when he was stopped. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Melance is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 9.
  • Godance Ndabuamvirubusa, 31, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 14, and charged with resisting arrest or detention and hindering apprehension or prosecution. She was arrested at 12:04 a.m. at the intersection of East Side Drive and I-393. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Ndabuamvirubusa is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.
  • Armando Olivares, 30, of Merrimack, was arrested on Oct. 14, on a driving while intoxicated charge. He was arrested at 12:15 a.m. outside the New Hampshire State Prison on North State Street. He refused bail and was arraigned on Oct. 15.
  • Kenneth E. Akey, 51, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 14, on a violation of protective order; penalty charge. He was arrested at 3:28 p.m. at American Body Building Supplements on South Main Street. The alleged victim was his spouse, a Concord woman. Akey was arraigned on Oct. 15.
  • Dick Berube, 40, a homeless man now located in Concord, received a summons at 11:25 p.m. on Oct. 14, on a possession of alcoholic beverage on public property charge at the Shell Station on Loudon Road. Police allege he was in possession of a can of Twister Tea. Berube is due in court on Nov. 19.
