CRIME LOG: Man Allegedly Pockets Christmas Lights

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Clayton Lindberg, 24, of Epsom, received a summons at 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 16, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge from the Home Depot on D’Amante Drive. An officer was sent to the store to deal with an alleged shoplifter that was in custody. According to an employee, during a loss prevention exercise at the store, Linberg and a woman were in the area of the Christmas lights and he allegedly grabbed a box of lights valued at around $40 and walked to the rear of the store. The woman left and the employee alleged that Lindberg removed the lights and put them in his pants pocket. The employee confronted Lindberg and he agreed to return to the store’s office. Linberg reportedly told the officer that he took the lights so he could put them up in his bedroom. He was given a summons and a no trespass letter. He’s due in court on Dec. 16.

Tia Ashley Lyons, 17, of Henniker, was arrested at 5:24 p.m. on Nov. 20, on a theft charge.

Rebecca Mason, 17, of Weare, was arrested at 5:24 p.m. on Nov. 20, on a theft charge.

Officers were called to T.J.Maxx on Loudon Road for a report of juveniles shoplifting inside the store. An officer spoke to the loss prevention employee who alleged that the two had picked out some items and then allegedly concealed the items in two large bags. The two teens then allegedly exited the store without paying for the items. The total value of the items was about $160 between the two of them. Both are due in court on Dec. 23.

Tracy L. Perley, 47, of Concord, was arrested at 6:38 p.m. on Nov. 20, on a theft charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident on Nov. 15, from the Best Western on Hall Street. Perley turned herself in to police and is due in court on Dec. 23.

Amy Jo Currier, 25, of Concord, was arrested at 11:58 p.m. on Nov. 20, on a theft charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road on Aug. 31. The items included coffee, milk, a magazine, and maple sugar, all valued at about $31. Currier was arrested by Salem Police which transferred custody of Currier to Concord Police in Londonderry. She is due in court on Dec. 23.

Hannah R. Harmon, 23, of Concord, received a negligent drive summons at 8 a.m. on Nov. 21. An officer was called to a collision at the intersection of East Side Drive and Loudon Road. One driver stated that she had stopped for a school bus when she was rear-ended by another vehicle. Harmon reportedly told police that her baby was crying and she looked for a drink and turned away for a second and didn’t realize traffic ahead had stopped. She’s due in court on Dec. 16.

Jessi Lea Bisson, 33, of Ashland, was arrested at 2:26 p.m. on Nov. 21, and charged with possession of controlled drugs, a felony, possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, and a bench warrant. Bisson turned herself in to police on electronic bench warrants for a nonappearance in court charge on Oct. 1. During processing, pills, gabapentin and hydromorphone, were allegedly found in her purse. Bisson allegedly told detectives that she thought she had thrown the pills out. She was released on $17,500 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Dec. 30.

Charles Curtis Cooper, 25, of Manchester, was arrested at 8:35 a.m. on Nov. 22, on a warrant. Cooper was arrested on a Merrimack County warrant for nonpayment of a fine. He was released to the sheriff’s department.

Nathan C. Bell, 21, of Concord, was arrested at 1:23 p.m. on Nov. 22, on a loitering/prowling charge from Nov. 5, on Allison Street. Bell was arrested at the Morning Star Apartments on Loudon Road. He’s due in court on Dec. 30.

Michael Glendon Carter, 24, of Concord, was arrested at 7:59 a.m. on Nov. 23, on a simple assault charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at Bluffs Drive on Nov. 3. Carter turned himself in to police. He is due in court on Dec. 30.

Blake M. Hann, 28, a homeless man now located in New Boston, was arrested at 2:53 p.m. on Nov. 24, on a felony warrant. An officer was sent to the Weare Police Department to pick up Hann was wanted on a robbery charge from July 26, at the Walmart on Loudon Road. He was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Dec. 30.
