ARREST LOG: Concord Man Arrested, Fails to Register as Sex Offender
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
- , 34, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 30, and charged with Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions and a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 12:35 a.m. on Loudon Road. The alleged victim in the case was a woman. Darjee refused bail and had a court hearing on Jan. 30.
- William L. Cloutier, 33, of Concord, was arrested at 11:43 a.m. on Jan. 30, and charged with Registration Of Sex Offenders; Failure To Comply, a felony. According to an arrest report, Cloutier failed to comply on Oct. 16, 2011, when he moved to North Spring Street. He had a court date on Jan. 31.
- Charles Curtis Cooper, 24, of Concord, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Jan. 30, on a Second Degree Assault charge, a felony. The charge stems from an incident on Dec. 22, on Loudon Road. According to an arrest report, the allege victim was an acquaintance of Cooper’s, a 60-year-old man, who loss teeth during the alleged altercation. Cooper was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on March 12.
- Jack Lyman Minery, 17, of Loudon, was arrested at 4:49 p.m. on Jan. 30, on a Disorderly Conduct charge at . The charge stems from an incident involving a school administrator on Dec. 13. Minery is due back in court on March 12.
- Sarah Stevens, 19, of Deerfield, was arrested at 5:03 p.m. on Jan. 30, on two Theft charges. The charges stem to incidents at and , both located on Fort Eddy Road on Jan. 11. Stevens is due back in court on March 12.
- Greg Williams Pollock, 20, of Deerfield, was arrested at 5:08 p.m. on Jan. 30, on two Theft charges. The charges stem to incidents at Shaw’s Supermarket and Hannaford, both located on Fort Eddy Road on Jan. 11. Pollock has a court date on March 12.
- Balasubramanya Appana, 31, Concord, was arrested at 5:49 p.m. on Jan. 30, and charged with two counts of Conduct After An Accident. The charges relate to an incident on Jan. 24, in the parking lot of on Fort Eddy Road. Police allege that the victim in the case was woman who was a stranger to Appana.
- , 24, of Deering, was arrested on Jan. 30, on a Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. He was arrested 6:11 p.m. on South State Street. Deschenes refused bail and had a follow up court date on Jan. 31.
- Ryan M. Smith, 22, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 31, on a Disorderly Conduct charge. He was arrested at 12:29 a.m. on Storrs Street. Smith refused bail and had a court date on Jan. 31.
- Nicole Racine, 22, of Pembroke, was arrested on Feb. 1, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Resisting Arrest or Detention. She was arrested at 12:29 a.m. at the intersection of Water and Hall streets. Racine refused bail and had a court date on Feb. 1.
