CRIME LOG: Franklin Woman Summoned on Shoplifting Charge

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Jeffrey A. White, 52, of Concord, received a summons at 11:23 a.m. on July 29, on a prohibition on roadways charge. Officers were called to Market Basket on Storrs Street for a report of a panhandler who was seen taking something from a vehicle in the middle of the road and being rude to motorists. The officers watched White and reportedly observed him walk into the roadway two times. When they spoke with White, he allegedly admitted to stepping into the roadway and said that a car almost hit him earlier. The officers presumed that the car that allegedly almost hit White was the same driver who complained about him reportedly being in the road. He was issued a summons and is due in court on Sept. 9.
  • Melissa P. Peaselee, 22, of Franklin, received a summons at 1:15 p.m. on July 30, on a willful concealment charge. An officer was called to Walmart on Loudon Road for a report of a shoplifter in custody. According to an employee, the woman, Peaslee, was walking around the store and had items that were bagged and also that she was carrying. Later, Peaselee allegedly went into the women’s apparel section and put items in a cart and then, reportedly put a large comforter into the cart and exited the store without paying for the items. The employee stopped her at the door and she allegedly admitted to not purchasing some of the items, 15 altogether, valued at $181.01. She received a no trespass order and was given a summons to appear in court on Sept. 9.
  • Trevor Hanson, 19, of Concord, received a summons at 10:45 p.m. on Aug. 4, on a disorderly conduct charge. At a traffic stop, an officer was tipped off to possible skateboarders riding in the middle of Langley Parkway and possibly being involved in near misses with cars. After clearing the stop, the officer drove to Langley Parkway and reportedly observed three skateboarders allegedly riding on the yellow line of the parkway. One, the officer alleged, was clocked at 42 mph. The officer spoke to all three and alleged that Hanson “rolled his eyes” and made light of the situation. The officer cited him and he’s due in court on Sept. 16.
  • Joseph D. Brouillette, 59, a homeless man now located in Concord, received a summons for possession of alcoholic beverages – public property at 1:02 p.m. on Aug. 5. While on bike patrol, officers were checking the area behind the New Hampshire Department of Transportation building and reportedly observed five subjects sitting in a circle on the ground, all on city property. Three of the five allegedly had open containers on the ground in front of them, 12-ounce cans of Hurricane, along with a 12-pack box nearby. Officers emptied the beers and issued summonses to all involved, including Brouillette, who is due in court on Sept. 16.
  • Codi M. Labrecque, 21, of Boscawen, was arrested at 10:21 p.m. on Aug. 7, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, suspended registration (operating-misd), and a bench warrant. Officers were called to Daisy Beach on the end of Runnells Road for a report of a woman screaming and a man threatening the woman. As the officers arrived, they reportedly saw a 2006 Kia Spectra backing up and attempting to leave the scene. Labrecque reportedly told officers that he was meeting friends but was unable to reach them. The friends were at the beach and reportedly called Labrecque to tell him they were out of alcohol. The reporting officer learned that Labrecque’s license was suspended on July 9, and he also had an active bench warrant out of Hooksett District Court for nonappearance on April 23. Labrecque was also convicted of operating without a suspension on March 25, out of Hooksett District Court.
  • Derek L. McMahon, 26, of Plaistow, was arrested at 12:21 a.m. on Aug. 9, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration (operating-misd). An officer checking businesses in the area of North Main Street ran the plate on a 2004 Nissan Titan pickup truck at the Cumberland Farms. The plate came back showing that the owner, McMahon, had a suspended license on Jan. 15, and suspended registration on Feb. 14. The officer noticed a man, later ID’d as McMahon, in the driver’s seat. McMahon reportedly stepped out of the truck and began pumping gas and later, went into the store to buy some items. The officer called for back up and went to speak to McMahon about how he and his truck arrived at the gas station. McMahon allegedly denied driving the truck to the gas station but the officer checked surveillance video and alleged that McMahon had driven up to the gas pump. The officer requested a copy of the video from the store manager and McMahon was arrested. He was later released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Sept. 9.
  • Blake M. Hann, a homeless man now living in Concord, was arrested at 2:31 p.m. on Aug. 11, on a bench warrant. Officers were called to Heartwood Lane to arrest Hann, who was wanted on a warrant for cash to settle a fine. He was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Sept. 9.
  • Bryan S. Dimetri, 35, of Southbridge, Mass., was arrested at 1:55 a.m. on Aug. 12, on a warrant. An officer noticed a vehicle parked at Memorial Field on South Fruit Street and ran a check on the plate that came back to Dimetri, who had a warrant out of the Raymond Police Department from Dec. 30, 2000, for an operating without a valid license charge. The officer then heard a woman call out to him and walked over to the voice where he reportedly found a man and woman on a blanket in the middle of the field. Dimetri was ID’d and taken into custody. He was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Sept. 9.
  • Edward F. Bielecki, 59, of Concord, was arrested at 7:23 a.m. on Aug. 12, on a prohibited sales; alcoholic beverages from Dec. 10, 2012, at the Vegas Block Apartments on North Main Street. Bielecki turned himself into police on the charge and was later released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail. He’s due in court on Sept. 9.
  • William G. Strickland Jr., 54, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 7:39 p.m. on Aug. 13, on two warrants. Officers were called to the Market Basket on Fort Eddy Road for a report of three people soliciting money from people at the store. One of the three, Strickland, had two warrants out, for nonappearance in court on June 21, and July 10. He was arrested, refused bail, and was arraigned on Aug. 14.
  • Kristen Jeanne McAllister, 39, of Concord, was arrested at 6:27 p.m. on Aug. 14, on a criminal trespass charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident on Myrtle Street at 8 p.m. on May 27. McAllister was taken into custody by Bow Police on a warrant. She was processed and released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Sept. 13.
