ARRESTS: Weare Man Picked Up on First-Degree Assault Warrant

The Concord Police Department supplied the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.

Kyle Mark Willette, 19, of Penacook, was arrested at 6:20 a.m. on May 14, on two bench warrants. Officers were sent to the New Hampshire Employment Security Office on West Street to check the area and came into contact with Willette who had two active bench warrants. One was issued on April 29, by Concord District Court for nonpayment of fines on a receiving stolen property charge and another from Exeter District Court on April 16, for nonappearance on a theft by deception charge. Willette was held without bail and arraigned later in the day.

Kenneth John Lewis, 19, of Pembroke, was arrested at 10:18 a.m. on May 14, and charged with simple assault and resisting arrest or detention. Police were called to the Dunkin’ Donuts on South Main Street for a report of a fight between two men, with one entering a camper on South Main Street. An officer found the camper on Water and South Main streets while another officer headed to the scene. That officer saw a subject matching the description near Theatre Street and called out to him but the man continued walking. Another unit was sent to the area, and an officer tried to catch up with the man. Two county officers stopped their vehicle on Hills Avenue and blocked the man walking as the officer caught up to them. The man, Lewis, was asked to talk about the alleged assault but reportedly refused. It was later learned that Lewis had allegedly punched his father in the face “three or four times,” according to the father. Lewis is due in court on June 16.

Hunter Giroux, 17, of Boscawen, was arrested at 3 p.m. on May 14, and charged with disorderly conduct and criminal threatening from April 16, at the Washington Street School on Washington Street in Penacook. Giroux was picked up on Community Drive at Shaw Street and arrested him. He’s due in court on June 16.

Logan Daniel Nadeau, 19, of Concord, was arrested at 6:34 p.m. on May 14, on a bench warrant. Officers were sent to East Side Drive to arrest Nadeau who was wanted by Concord District Court from May 14, on a nonpayment of fines on an unlawful possession charge, $372 cash to settle. Nadeau refused bail and was arraigned on May 15.

Shane Fifield, 21, of Rochester, was arrested at 10:55 p.m. on May 14, on a violation of a protective order; penalty, at Dunkin’ Donuts on Loudon Road on Loudon Road earlier in the day. An officer went to the Epsom traffic circle to pick up Fifield from the Rochester Police Department. He was held without bail and arraigned on May 15.

Molly Farmer, 19, of Concord, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. on May 14, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. An officer on North State Street clocked a Volkswagen going 47 mph in a 30 zone and pulled the vehicle over at Rumford Street and Granite Place. The driver, Farmer, had a suspended license, according to dispatch on May 2, 2012, for default of a court summons. She was arrested and had a court date on June 9. She was also cited for speeding.

William Robert Montplaisir, 25, of Weare, was arrested at 6:55 p.m. on May 15, on a bench warrant. An officer running radar on Clinton Street near Mandevilla noticed a headlight on a Volkswagen wasn’t illuminated and ran a check and found that the owner, Montplaisir, had an active warrant from Goffstown District Court from May 2, on a possession charge, failure to appear for arraignment. The vehicle was stopped and he was arrested. He was also cited for front lights violation. He had a court date on June 5.

Joseph A. Bard, 30, a homeless man located in Concord, was arrested at 11:22 p.m. on May 15, on a bench warrant. Police were sent to the Statehouse for a person who was unstable and threatening to jump into oncoming traffic. They spoke with the man and asked if he wanted assistance or to be taken to the hospital for help but he seemed hesitant, according to the report. A check of the man, later identified as Bard, received a warrant out of Concord District Court from May 8, and he was arrested. During a search, police allegedly found a bag of spice and a pipe in his pocket. He was transported to Concord Hospital and later, held without bail. Bard was arraigned on May 16.

Robert E. Kelsea Jr., 38, of Epsom, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. on May 15, and charged with simple assault and criminal mischief from an alleged incident at the Loudon Road Restaurant on Loudon Road on March 30. An officer was sent to Super Shoes in Chichester to pick up Kelsea. He’s due in court on June 30.

Michael P. Mooney, 36, of Weare, was arrested at 10:07 p.m. on May 15, on a warrant. An officer on May 15, was dispatched to Concord Hospital for a person with an active warrant. An officer took custody of the man, Mooney, who was wanted by Manchester Police for first degree assault, reportedly involving a stabbing. He was driven to the rest area and given to Manchester Police.

Matthew N. Famiglietti, 22, of Concord, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on May 16, on a bench warrant. An officer saw a Honda Accord with an expired inspection sticker pulling into the Durgin Block Garage. The sticker was from March. The officer spoke to the driver, Famiglietti, and later, found out he had a warrant out of Merrimack District Court from April 29, for a suspended registration charge. He was arrested and had a court date on May 27.
