Also arrested was Teena M. Roberts, 33, of Gilmanton, who was charged with allowing an improper person to operate. An officer observing traffic at North Main and Pleasant streets reportedly saw a Pontiac sedan go through a red light without stopping, a violation. The officer followed the vehicle which then made a left hand turn onto Warren Street, going the wrong way on a one-way. The officer stopped the vehicle at the entrance of the Durgin Parking Garage. The driver allegedly gave a different name to the officer (Jeremy instead of Zachary) and police couldn't find information on the driver. Later, his real name was figured out by information that was matched through a former Massachusetts driver’s license, according to a report. Frost’s license was suspended on Jan. 23, for default court summons for nonpayment of a fine. Another officer was called to assist and noted, “While speaking with Frost I noticed the overbearing smell of cologne. This is a common occurrence for someone trying to mask an odor within the vehicle.” A 17-year-old male was also taken into protective custody.
