ARREST LOG: Man Arrested Twice in One Day

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Ronald P. Bemis, 49, of Concord, was arrested at 10:53 a.m. on Feb. 24 and charged with default or breach of bail conditions.
  • Caprice Chantelle Sullivan, 31, of Manchester, was arrested at noon on Feb. 24 and charged with two counts of theft by deception and two counts of forgery.
  • Joseph Parker Hammond, 28, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 1:37 a.m. on Feb. 25 and charged with driving after revocation or suspension.
  • Christopher Robert Roy, 23, of Concord, was arrested at 1 a.m. on Feb. 25 and charged with possession of controlled drugs. Police seized an undisclosed quantity of marijuana from Roy.
  • Justin W. Haberstroh, 23, of Barrington, was arrested at 10:51 a.m. on Feb. 25 on a bench warrant and charged with violation of probation or parole.
  • Ginette C. Riendeau, 51, of Laconia, was arrested at 8:07 p.m. on Feb. 25 and charged with resisting arrest or detention.
  • Michael Shatney, 19, of Hillsboro, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. on Feb. 26 and charged with conduct after an accident after hitting a Post Office mail drop box with his car.
  • Ian T. Matthews, 25, of Concord, was arrested at 2:12 a.m. on Feb. 26 and charged with three counts of simple assault. Matthews was arrested again about two hours later, at 4:07 a.m., and charged with default or breach of bail conditions, resisting arrest or detention, and possession of controlled drugs, marijuana.
  • Michael Decroteau, 58, of Stoneham, Mass., was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on Feb. 27 and charged with two counts of possession of controlled drugs, marijuana.
  • Benjamin Mylott, 18, of Epping, was arrested at 10:38 a.m. on Feb. 27 and charged with possession of drugs and possession of drugs without a prescription. Police seized a small amount of marijuana, two Viagra pills, and a glass smoking pipe grinder from Mylott.
  • Logan Daniel Nadeau, 17, of Concord, was arrested at 12:32 p.m. on Feb. 27 and charged with burglary, criminal mischief (vandalism) and receiving stolen property. Police recovered several stolen personal items from Nadeau, including a MacBook Pro laptop valued at $1,500, $135 cash, and jewelry worth $200.
