Matthew Calloway, 39, of Concord, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. on Nov. 22, on two bench warrants.

An officer reported seeing a 1992 Honda Civic with a brake light that wasn’t working at the intersection of North State and Capitol streets. The car was pulled over near the Concord Family YMCA. The officer alleged that an odor of alcohol was emanating from the vehicle. Weber handed a license to the officer but allegedly had difficulty finding a vehicle registration, “looking through the same paperwork on several occasions,” according to the officer. The male passenger of the car, Calloway, told the officer that he had met Weber at a bar and the two later went to Wendy’s Restaurant on Loudon Road to get something to eat. Weber’s eyes were allegedly bloodshot and she was slurring some of her words. She agreed to field sobriety tests and was arrested. She had a court date on Dec. 9. Calloway, according to police, had bench warrants out of Henniker District Court from January 2005 for nonpayment of fine on failure to maintain minimum speed and failure to obey inspection requirements with $334 cash to settle. Calloway said the charges had to be a mistake since he was in the military at the time and didn’t live in New Hampshire until 2006, according to the report. He had a court date on Nov. 26.

John P. Regan, 39, of Concord, was arrested at 1:16 a.m. on Nov. 24, on a warrant. An officer parked at the Thirty Pines Self Storage business on Fisherville Road observed two vehicles pull into the facility through the southern entrance. Due to recent thefts in the area and the early hour, the officer decided to locate the vehicles and speak to the subjects. The individuals confirmed that they had storage units in the facility and were just moving things around to make room for a vehicle. Dispatch, however, said that one of the individuals, Regan, had a warrant out of Hillsborough County for nonappearance in court on Aug. 30, on a control of crack cocaine in a vehicle charge, with $645 cash to settle. Regan was able to get the money to headquarters and he was released. He’s due in court on Dec. 31.

Joshua Dennis Taylor, 41, of Concord, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 25, on a simple assault charge from Oct. 29, at an apartment on Pleasant Street. Taylor, who was in jail at the time, was served with the warrant. He has a court date on Dec. 30.

Colleen P. Meek, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 11 p.m. on Nov. 25, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. Officers were called to a domestic dispute around 10 p.m. on Sheep Davis Road. They encountered a man who was “extremely distraught and upset.” The man stated that he and his girlfriend, Meek, had gotten into a heated argument and she was allegedly “out of control.” He alleged that she came home drunk and gave the officer permission to enter his home. An officer spoke with Meek inside who was in a bathroom, crying and shaking. Meek alleged that her boyfriend was smoking in the home but she didn’t want to smell the smoke. The two began to argue while shutting and opening doors on each other, according to the report. At one point in the argument, according to the boyfriend, he called Meek “a fruitcake” and she allegedly slapped him, and kept hitting him. The two allegedly wrestled in a bathroom and she allegedly tried to hit him with a brass toilet paper holder. The man prevented her from hitting him, he said, trying to get her out of the bathroom when she spun around and struck her head on a cabinet. The man reportedly asked a child who was at the home to call 911 while Meek went upstairs to get a lamp, which she allegedly threw at him. Meek, who reportedly calmed down a bit, gave more details about the argument and police arrested her. She’s due in court on Dec. 30.

Karl J. Hoffmann, 17, of Deerfield, was arrested at 4:13 p.m. on Nov. 26, on court counts of simple assault (personal weapons) on Oct. 30, at Concord High School. The allegations involve assaults against three teenage girls who were 14 and 15. Hoffmann turned himself in to police. He was released on $8,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Dec. 30.
