ARRESTS: Epsom, Pembroke Teens Allegedly Caught with Booze

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

• Justin McGourty, 18, of Epsom, was arrested at 12:55 a.m. on July 9, and charged with Facilitating Drug or Underage Alcohol House Party and Unlawful Possession of Alcohol.
• Richard Yeames, 19, of Concord, was arrested at 12:55 a.m. on July 9, and charged with Facilitating Drug or Underage Alcohol House Party and Unlawful Possession of Alcohol.
• Darryl Holland, 18, of Epsom, was arrested at 12:55 a.m. on July 9, and charged with Unlawful Possession of Alcohol.
• Hayley Gelinas, 18, of Epsom, was arrested at 12:55 a.m. on July 9, and charged with Unlawful Possession of Alcohol.
• Alysha McGrath, 19, of Pembroke, was arrested at 12:55 a.m. on July 9, and charged with Unlawful Possession of Alcohol.
• Zachary Gauss, 20, of Pembroke, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. on July 9, and charged with Unlawful Possession of Alcohol.
• Donald Sennett, 19, of Pembroke, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. on July 9, and charged with Unlawful Possession of Alcohol.

All were arrested at an alleged party on Heartwood Lane.

• Marissa Logue, 21, of Concord, was arrested on July 13, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). She was arrested at 10:22 p.m. on Fisherville Road. Police allege that Logue assaulted another man.
• Kaitlyn Frederickson, 18, of Pembroke, was arrested at 1 a.m. on July 14, and charged with Unlawful Possession of Alcohol, stemming from the July 9, incident on Heartwood Lane.
• Hugh McNally, 28, of Bethlehem, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on July 14, and charged with Possession of Controlled Drugs and Probationary Licenses: Penalties. He was arrested on Loudon Road.
• Jeremy Calley, 40, of Concord, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. on July 14, on a Bench Warrant.
• Christopher Rockman, 20, of Concord, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on July 14, and charged with Possession of Controlled Drugs and Default or Breach of Bail Conditions. He was arrested on Loudon Road. The charges stem from a Jan. 30, incident.
• Jeremy Herringer, 32, of Concord, was arrested at 11:05 p.m. on July 14, and charged with Criminal Trespass. He was arrested at the Holiday Inn on North Main Street.
