ARRESTS: Two Charged with DWI

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Ruth Elizabeth Sorak, 22, of Deerfield, was arrested on June 23, on two counts of driving while intoxicated. She was arrested at 1:26 a.m. on I-393 near Exit 2. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,500. Sorak is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 23.
  • Angela Berkey, 21, of Concord, was arrested on June 23, and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated and operating without a valid license. She was arrested at 4 a.m. at the intersection of Green and School streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Berkey is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on July 23.
  • Andrew Scott Campbell, 48, of Concord, was arrested on June 23, on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested at 2:14 p.m. at the Firehouse Block Garage on 15 North State Street. Campbell had a court date on June 25.
  • Brian Batchelder, 42, of Concord, was arrested on June 23, on a bench warrant out of the Concord District Court. He was arrested at 7 p.m. at on South Main Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Batchelder is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 23.
  • Ann Marie Sadatis, 59, of Concord, was arrested on June 23, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. She was arrested at 11 p.m. on 128 Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. Sadatis is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 23.
  • , 19, of Concord, was arrested on June 23, and charged with facilitating drug or underage alcohol house party and unlawful possession of alcohol. She was arrested at 11:45 p.m. on 23 Jennifer Drive. Personal recognizance bail was set at $3,500. Olson is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 23.
  • Kenneth C. Hart, 18, of Concord, was arrested on June 24, on an unlawful possession of alcohol charge. He was arrested at 1 a.m. on 23 Jennifer Drive. Hart is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 30.
  • , 19, of Concord, was arrested on June 24, on an unlawful possession of alcohol charge. She was arrested at 1 a.m. on 23 Jennifer Drive. Hart is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 30.
  • Tanner Heath, 19, of Concord, was arrested on June 24, on an unlawful possession of alcohol charge. He was arrested at 1 a.m. on 23 Jennifer Drive. Hart is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 30.
  • Haley Ackerson, 18, of Concord, was arrested on June 24, on an unlawful possession of alcohol charge. She was arrested at 1 a.m. on 23 Jennifer Drive. Hart is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 30.
  • Hope Duhaime, 18, of Concord, was arrested on June 24, on an unlawful possession of alcohol charge. She was arrested at 1 a.m. on 23 Jennifer Drive. Hart is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 30.
  • Kendra Chamberland, 19, of Concord, was arrested at 9:45 a.m. on June 24, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at the Cumberland Farms on Fisherville Road. Police allege that Chamberland stole a $2.39 bottle of Pine Sol. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,500. Chamberland is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 23.
  • Jeffrey S. Abbott, 22, of Loudon, was arrested on June 24, and charged with ddriving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration (operating-misd). He was arrestd at 1 p.m at intersection of Abbott Road and Wildflower drive. Personal recognizance bail was set at $3,000. Chamberland is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 23.
  • Johnathan A. Evans, 21, of Concord, was arrested on June 24, on a violation of a protective order; penalty charge. He was arrested at 7:55 p.m. at the Statehouse. Evans had court date on June 25.
  • Dylan Mullin, 19, of Contoocook, was issued a summons at 8 p.m. on June 24, for a reckless operation charge for an alleged incident on 314 Hopkinton Road. The alleged victims in the case were a couple from Stoddards who were transported to Concord Hospital. Mullin due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on Aug. 6.
  • Jason Eric Jordan, 40, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 11:38 p.m. on June 24, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at the Concord Police Department headquarters. The warrant was based on an incident on May 17. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,500. Jordan is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 23.
  • Alexander H. Waterfield, 27, of Concord, was arrested on June 24, and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated and a conduct after an accident charge. He was arrested at 11:55 p.m. at the intersection of North State and Hutchins streets. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord man. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Waterfield is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 23.
