ARREST LOG: Woman Faces Assault Charges

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Andrea Jeanne Berwick, 24, of Berlin, was arrested on Feb. 4, on a Possession of Controlled Drugs charge. She was arrested at 6:30 p.m. at the Days Inn on South Main Street. Police allege Berwick was in possession of $10 worth of narcotics/green pills manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals. She was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on March 12.
  • Paul Vera Jr., 26, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 6, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. He was arrested at 6:02 p.m. on Curtice Avenue. The alleged victim in the case was a female teenager who was also a stepsibling of Vera’s. He was released on $2,000 bail and is due back in court on March 12.
  • Bobbie Jo Guyer, 28, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 8, on two counts of Driving While Intoxicated. She was arrested at 1:28 p.m. at Beaver Meadow Elementary School on Sewalls Falls Road. She was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on March 19.
  • Christopher Allen Griffin, 28, of Concord, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. on Feb. 8, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated, 2nd Offense, Criminal Trespass, and Criminal Mischief (Vandalism). He was arrested about an hour after an alleged incident on Hanover Street. Griffin was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and has a court date scheduled for March 19.
  • Christopher Robert Roy, 23, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 8, on a Warrant. He was arrested at 9:15 a.m. at the Capital Farms convenience store on 3 Broadway. Roy was wanted by the Boscawen Police Department for Bail Jumping.
  • Jayson Decoster, 25, of Gilmanton, was arrested at 11:12 a.m. on Feb. 8, on a Theft charge. The charge is based on a Jan. 30, incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. Decoster was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and has a court date on March 19.
  • Mark Monsante, 42, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 9, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 7:54 a.m. on Loudon Road. He was wanted by the Franklin District Court for Receiving Stolen Property. Monsante was released on $385 cash bail and had a court date on Feb. 9.
  • Andrew Ivan Sajko, 18, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 9, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons), Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions, and three Bench Warrants. He was arrested at 11:06 a.m. on 1 Matthew Street. According to an arrest report, he was wanted by the Concord and Laconia District Courts for Drug Possession, other charges. Sajko refused bail and had a court date on Feb. 10.
  • Bonnie L. Curtis, 41, of Penacook, was arrested on Feb. 9, on a Willful Concealment charge. She was arrested at 4:30 p.m. at the Family Dollar on Fisherville Road. Police allege that Curtis stole $6.50 worth of diapers. Curtis was released on $2,000 cash bail and she had a court date on Feb. 10.
  • Jesse M. Moran, 18, of Concord, was arrested at 9:48 p.m. on Feb. 9, and charged with Possession Of Controlled Drugs, Receiving Stolen Property, Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. The charges were based on incidents that allegedly occurred on Jan. 17, on 16A Fowler Street. The Smoke ‘N Discount on Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom was reportedly a victim in the case, according to an arrest report. Moran was released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on March 19.
  • Ann Marie Sadatis, 58, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 10, and charged with two counts of Simple Assault (Personal Weapons), Criminal Threatening (Intimidation, Etc.), Resisting Arrest Or Detention, and Reckless Conduct; Place Another In Danger. She was arrested at 2:07 p.m. on Loudon Road. The alleged victim in the case was a 60-year-old man who was a stranger to Sadatis. She was released on $10,000 cash bail and had a court date on Feb. 13.
