Concord Arrest Log: Crestwood Drive Resident Allegedly Threatens Wife

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Justin Garnett, 20, of Pittsfield, was arrested on Sept. 22, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 7:40 p.m. and is due back in court on Oct. 25.

James Dickson, 31, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 22, and charged with Driving After Revocation Or Suspension and Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. He was arrested at 7:22 p.m. on Loudon Road. Police allege the victim in the case was a woman. He is due back in court on Oct. 25.

Joshua Vincent, 30, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 22, and charged with Criminal Threatening (Intimidation, Etc.). He was arrested at 6:05 p.m. on Crestwood Drive. The victim in the case was reportedly Vincent’s wife. Vincent has a court date set for Oct. 25.

Jesse Moran, 17, of Concord, was arrested at 3:32 p.m. on Sept. 22, on a Disorderly Conduct charge. The arrest relates to an incident on Sept. 8, at White Park. Moran is due back in court on Oct. 24.

Lisa Yin, 54, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 22, on a Criminal Trespass charge. She was arrested at 12:42 p.m. at Hitchcock Clinic on Pleasant Street. Yin is due back in court on Oct. 25.

Katherine Brown, 22, of Holderness, was arrested on Sept. 22, and charged with Willful Concealment and Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. She was arrested at 9:45 a.m. at WalMart on Loudon Road. Brown had a court date last week.

Paul Rankins, 45, of Concord, was arrested at 12:02 a.m. on Sept. 23, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested on North Spring Street and held without bail. Rankins had a court date last week.
