ARREST LOG: Concord Teen Arrested For Theft, Possession
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
- Ian Secrest, 20, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 23, 2011, and charged with Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer, Simple Assault, and Receiving Stolen Property. He was arrested at 2:35 p.m. at the on Loudon Road. Secrest has a court date set for Jan. 30.
- , 22, of Northwood, was arrested on Dec. 23, 2011, and charged with Negligent Driving. She was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on at the station on Loudon Road. Jordan is due back in court on Feb. 13.
- Roland Baillargeon, 47, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 29, 2011, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). He was arrested 1:10 p.m. on North State Street. Police allege that the victim in the case was his spouse. Baillargeon is due back in court on Jan. 30.
- , 17, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 26, 2011, and charged with Theft and Possession Of Controlled Drugs. He was arrested at 1:26 p.m. at on Loudon Road. The senior is due back in court on Jan. 30.
- , 42, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 28, 2011, and charged with Disorderly Conduct, Simple Assault (Personal Weapons), and Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. She was arrested at 5:38 p.m. at the on Green Street. Gilmore was held without bail and had a court date on Dec. 29, 2011.
- , 47, of Concord, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on Dec. 29, 2011, on a Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions charge. According to an arrest warrant, the charge was based on an incident that occurred at 9:37 p.m. on West Street. Zwisler refused bail services and had a court date on Dec. 29, 2011.
- Ashley Cate, 23, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 29, 2011, on a Bench Warrant. She was arrested at 1:21 a.m. on Bog Road. She had a court date on Dec. 29, 2011.
- Jennifer Harrison, 25, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 29, 2011, on a Bench Warrant from the Hooksett District Court. She was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on Centre Street. Harrison has a court date on Jan. 31.
- Tony Harper, 44, of Concord, was arrested at 3:27 p.m. on Dec. 29, 2011, on a Duty To Report charge. He is due back in court on Feb. 6.
- Mark Hecht, 49, of Concord, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on Dec. 29, 2011, on a Criminal Mischief (Vandalism) charge. Police allege that Hecht damaged a door during a break-in on Silk Farm Road on April 12. He is due back in court on Feb. 13.
