Concord Arrest Log (Oct. 29, 2011)
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
- Brian Cote, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 10:17 a.m. on Oct. 26, and charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault (Personal Weapons), a felony. Police allege that Cote assaulted a female child back on June 1, 2009, on Sewalls Falls Road. He was released on $100,000 personal recognizance bail and has a court date set for Nov. 21.
- Gary Lawlor, 44, Concord, was arrested at 12:10 p.m. on Oct. 26, on a warrant. He was arrested at on Loudon Road.
- Sibomana Reverian, 32, of Concord, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. on Oct. 26, on a Bench Warrant. The case reportedly involves an incident which occurred on Sept. 29, on Loudon Road. Reverian is due back in court on Nov. 21.
- Dean Bartrum, 20, of Concord, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. on Oct. 27, on a Bench Warrant. He has a court date set for Nov. 21.
- Megan Rowell, 17, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 27, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). She was arrested at 12:37 p.m. on Paramenter Road. Police allege that Rowell, a student, assaulted a female parent. She is due back in court on Nov. 28.
- Brian Pierce, 27, of Concord, was arrested at 12:57 p.m. on Oct. 27, and charged with Theft, a felony, Criminal Trespass, and Driving While Revocation Or Suspension. Police allege that the victim in the case was on Loudon Road, back on Sept. 29. Pierce was held without bail and had a follow up court date on Oct. 28.
- George Brock, 59, of Laconia, was arrested at 4 p.m. on Oct. 27, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). Police allege that Brock assault a female acquaintance on Oct. 23, at the on Pleasant Street.
- Hollie Petrone, 53, of Concord, was arrested 6:36 p.m. on Oct. 27, and charged with Littering-Unlawful Activities. Police allege that the victim in the case was a neighbor and the incident occurred on Oct. 16. An empty prescription bottle was taken in as evidence.
- Andrew Sajko, 17, of Concord, was arrested at 7:57 am. On Oct. 28, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested on Dunklee Street and had a court date on Oct. 28. Sajko was arrested reportedly previously arrested on Sept. 25, and charged with Criminal Mischief (Vandalism), Possession Of Controlled Drugs, and False Imprisonment.
