The two began to argue and she told him she no longer wanted him at the home, Bureau alleged. He began to collect some food items to take before leaving. When asked how his mother was pushed during the incident, Bureau allegedly said that, “he may have hit her with the door as he was leaving.” A check with dispatch revealed a warrant by the Manchester Police Department for domestic violence criminal threatening and a warrant from Concord Police for simple assault and reckless conduct.
