Concord Arrest Log (Nov. 23, 2011)

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Sherry Foss, 23, of Franklin, was arrested on Nov. 17, on a Driving After Revocation Or Suspension charge. She was arrested at 6:33 a.m. at Terrill Park on Old Turnpike Road. Foss has a court date set for Dec. 3.
  • Kristin Card, 32, of Henniker, was arrested at 1 p.m. on Nov. 17, on a Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer charge against on Loudon Road. Police allege that around 12:28 p.m., Card stole two Harry Potter DVDs, a Snuggle Plus sweater, and a splat pink hair dye kit, all valued at about $93. She has a court date set for Dec. 12.
  • Jennifer Azzara, 27, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 18, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. She was arrested at 7:06 a.m. on Longmeadow Drive. Azzara has a follow up court date on Dec. 12.
  • Edward Bielecki, 58, of Concord, was arrested at 1 p.m. on Nov. 18, and charged with two counts of Registration Of Sex Offenders; Failure To Comply, both felony and misdemeanor charges. He refused bail and had a court date on Nov. 21.
  • Katherine Carr, 30, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 18, and charged with Willful Concealment against on D’Amante Drive. She was arrested at 1:54 p.m. Police allege that she concealed $84 worth of various items.
  • Raymond DeMarco, 52, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 18, was arrested on Nov. 18, and charged with Criminal Trespass, Simple Assault (Personal Weapons), and Resisting Arrest Or Detention. He was arrested at 4 p.m. on North Spring Street. Police allege the victim in the case was an acquaintance of DeMarco’s. He had a court date on Nov. 21.
  • Kevin Jordan, 18, of Concord, was arrested at 5:13 p.m. on Nov. 18, on a Reckless Conduct; Place Another In Danger charge. Police allege that the incident took place on Nov. 2, on Abbot Road. Jordan has a court date on Dec. 12.
  • Jacqueline Geoffrey, 22, of Antrim, and Sarah Berger, 24, of Deering, were arrested at 5:40 p.m. on Nov. 18, and charged with Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer against on Loudon Road. Police allege they stole nearly $160 worth of women’s clothing. Both are due back in court on Jan. 9, 2012.
