ARRESTS: New London Teen Busted for Drugs

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Kelly Audet, 41, of Concord, was arrested on July 20, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at 5:05 p.m. on Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $750. Audet had a court date on July 24.
  • Randy D. Riendeau, 40, of Cornish, was arrested on July 20, on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Garvins Falls Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Riendeau is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 20.
  • Molly Barry, 18, of New London, was arrested on July 20, and charged with possession of controlled drugs and unlawful possession of alcohol. She was arrested at 8:35 p.m. at the Capitol Commons Garage on Storrs Street. Police allege that Barry was in possession of a small quantity of marijuana and a 12-ounce bottle of Twisted Tea. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Barry is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 20.
  • , 64, of Marblehead, Mass., was arrested on July 20, on a driving while intoxicated charge. He was arrested at 10:02 p.m. about 30 minutes after being pulled over at Mountain Road. Police allegedly seized two empty 50 ml bottles of Smirnoff Vodka at the time of the arrest. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Livingston is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 27.
  • Thomas Cronin, 24, of Newbury, was arrested on July 20, on a prohibited sales; alcoholic beverages. He was arrested at 10:40 p.m. at the Capitol Commons Garage on Storrs Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Cronin is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 20.
  • Sarah Ashley McKeen, 25, of Concord, was arrested on July 21, on two counts of driving while intoxicated. She was arrested at 1:46 a.m. on South Main Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. McKeen is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 27.
  • Kenneth Whitney, 38, of Concord, was arrested on July 21, on a criminal mischief (vandalism) charge. He was arrested at 4:30 a.m. Mulberry Street. The alleged victim was a Concord woman. Whitney allegedly destroyed or damaged an interior closet door. According to an arrest report, police “held for safe keeping” a number of weapons including handguns, rifles, shotguns, knives and rounds of ammunition. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Whitney is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 27.
  • Michelle L. Connors, 34, of Concord, was arrested on July 21, on a criminal mischief (vandalism) charge. She was arrested at 9:58 p.m. on Pierce Street. Police allege that she destroyed or damaged a screen door valued at $30. The alleged victim in the case was her boyfriend, a Concord man. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Connors is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 27.
  • Stephen M. Greaves, 23, of Hyde Park, Mass., was arrested on July 21, on two counts of driving while intoxicated. He was arrested at 11:08 p.m. outside the on Hall Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Greaves is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 27.
  • Ethan K. Johnston, 22, of Northwood, was arrested on July 22, and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated and one count of aggravated driving while intoxicated. He was arrested at 12:26 a.m. at the intersection of North State and McGuire streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Johnston is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 27.
  • , 18, of Concord, was arrested on July 22, and charged with facilitating a drug or underage alcohol house party and unlawful possession of alcohol. He was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on Eastman Street. Officers reportedly spoke to a number of teenagers from Concord and Hooksett at a party on East Side Drive the evening before. Police reportedly seized a 1.75 lt. bottle of Captain Morgan rum which was one-third full as well as a cooler with 21 12-ounce cans of Bud Light. Personal recognizance bail was set at $3,000. Livingston is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 27.
  • Alicia M. Valentin, 30, of Chichester, was arrested on July 22, on two charges of driving while intoxicated, littering, and transportation of alcohol/open container. She was arrested at 1:20 a.m. at the intersection of Loudon Road and North Main Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Jesus is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 27.
  • Timothy Perham, 22, of Boscawen, was issued a summons at 1:50 a.m. on July 22, for reckless operation. He was stopped at the intersection of School and North Main streets. Perham is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 27.
  • Robert J. Carr, 33, of Concord, was arrested on July 22, on a prowling charge. He was arrested at 3:50 a.m. at the intersection of South State and Fayette streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Livingston is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 27.
  • Sharon L. Corgatelli, 44, of Boscawen, was arrested at 2:06 p.m. on July 22, and charged with conduct after an accident, habitual offender, and unlawful or unsafe backing of a vehicle. The charges were based on an alleged incident at 7:45 a.m. on July 10, outside the Concord Metro Treatment methodone clinic on Loudon Road. The alleged victim was a Concord woman. Personal recognizance bail was set at $7,500. Corgatelli is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 27.
