CRIME LOG: Concord Man Faces Drug Charge

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Michell Olivia Watson, 23, of Concord, was arrested at 4:57 p.m. on March 24, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. While monitoring traffic on Loudon Road, an officer reportedly saw a Ford Escort with a February 2013 inspection sticker. The officer stopped the vehicle at the Irving on Loudon Road. Watson, according to the report, had her license suspended on Aug. 31, 2012, for a default court summons. She was arrested. According to the report, Watson was previously convicted of driving after suspension or revocation on Dec. 19, 2011, in Concord District Court. She was later released on personal recognizance bail and was arraigned on April 29.
  • Stephen James Fowler, 51, of Concord, was arrested at 1:01 a.m. on April 25, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons), criminal mischief (vandalism), obstructing report of a crime or injury, and default or breach of bail conditions. Officers were dispatched to Clinton Street for a domestic dispute. Dispatch advised that a woman alleged that Fowler had assaulted her. Fowler had previously been arrested on April 24. The officer spoke with the woman in the kitchen of the apartment while another officer spoke with Fowler in another room. Fowler, the officer alleged, appeared to be extremely intoxicated and slurred the majority of his words as he spoke. “I could smell the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath as he spoke,” the officer alleged, adding that Fowler’s movements were “slow and very lethargic.” Fowler reportedly would not tell the officer what happened. The officer went back into the kitchen and spoke with the woman who informed the officer that they had been drinking. She was slurring her words as well, the officer noted. Fowler allegedly was blaming her for the previous arrest and while continuing to argue, he allegedly grabbed her shirt and throat. Fowler allegedly pushed the woman the ground during the fight so she called police. While trying to call police to report the assault, Fowler allegedly knocked the telephone out of her hand. The officer observed a black portable telephone on the floor in the kitchen. It appeared to be missing its battery and battery compartment door, according to the report. Fallon was arrested and charged, and refused services of bail commissioner. He was arraigned on April 25.
  • Jonathan Hopkins, 40, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 5:27 p.m. on May 18, on a criminal trespass charge from May 7, at The Friendly Kitchen. While on Loudon Road, near I-93, an officer observed a man, later identified as Hopkins, allegedly “yelling and screaming obscenities at the vehicles.” The officer stopped and spoke to Hopkins, to find out who he was yelling at. While running a check of Hopkins, a warrant was revealed. He was arrested and later released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. Hopkins is due in court on June 24.
  • Sarah E. Meagher, 24, of Pembroke, received a summons at 5 p.m. on May 13, for driving after revocation or suspension. At the intersection of Centre and Green streets, an officer allegedly saw Meagher, while driving a 2005 Hyundai Elantra, take a left turn on green without yielding. The officer pulled the car over at the intersection of North State and School streets. The officer reportedly ran Meagher’s license and registration and found that they were both suspended on Feb. 1, for failure to pay court fine. The notice was sent on Jan. 2. Meagher reportedly stated that she didn’t know her license was suspended. She was summoned and is due in court on June 24. Meagher was also issued a citation for disobeying a traffic control device and failure to change address.
  • Miles A. Anderson, 23, of Concord, was arrested at 8:53 a.m. on May 16, on a possession of controlled drugs charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 6:40 a.m. on Oct. 8, 2012, on Village Street and involved in a glass smoking device with marijuana in it. Anderson turned himself in and was later released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. He’s due in court on June 17.
  • Kaili Maria Pierce, 24, of Boscawen, was arrested at 6:13 p.m. on May 17, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge.
  • Nycole Audet, 31, of Concord, was arrested at 6:17 p.m. on May 17, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. The charges stemmed from an alleged incident on May 9, in the parking lot of an apartment complex on Loudon Road. The alleged victim was a woman. Video of the assault was submitted to police as evidence, according to the report. Both Audet and Pierce turned themselves into police. They were later released on $500 personal recognizance bail and are due in court on June 24.
  • Alan J. St. Pierre Jr., 21, of Concord, was arrested at 12:18 a.m. on May 18, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, driving while intoxicated, and driving while intoxicated, second offense. At a little past midnight, while driving on Clinton Street, and officer allegedly observed a 2006 Kia Optima crossing over a yellow center lines. The Optima then turned on Langley Parkway towards Pleasant Street, and crossed over the yellow center lines twice and white fog lines twice. The officer continued to follow the vehicle along Pleasant Street and Hopkinton Road, and then pulled the Kia over. The operator, St. Pierre, allegedly stated that he didn’t have a license. “Upon my initial contact with the operator, I could immediately smell a distinct odor of alcoholic beverage coming from inside the vehicle,” the officer alleged. During conversation with St. Pierre, he allegedly stated he had three beers during the last hour and a half at a party. Later, St. Pierre reportedly revealed that his license was suspended due to a previous DWI. St. Pierre refused to perform a field sobriety test and was arrested. According to the report, St. Pierre’s license was revoked on Feb. 4, for DWI. He refused bail and was arraigned on May 20. He also received a citation for yellow line violation.
  • Joshua A. Baker, 22, of Concord, was arrested at 5:46 p.m. on May 21, on a bench warrant. An officer was called to Bog Road for a noise complaint and came in contact with Baker, who had an outstanding warrant for nonpayment of a fine on April 30, for $614.38 cash to settle. He was arrested and later released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. Baker had a court date on May 22.
  • Melanie J. Bousquet, 35, of Boscawen, was arrested at 10:05 p.m. on May 22, on a bench warrant. Officers were called to headquarters to process Bousquet on a past tense criminal mischief call. According to dispatch, Bousquet was at the station with her son about a case involving property damaged by another student at school. Bousquet had an active warrant from May 16, on a false report of a motor vehicle accident, with $252.50 cash to settle. She was arrested and later, released on $500 personal recognizance bail. She had a court date on May 24.
