CRIME LOG: Boscawen Man Charged with DWI

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Matthew Dillon, 30, of Hillsboro, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. on Dec. 6, 2013, on two simple assault charges from Sept. 15, 2013, at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street. Dillon was arrested by Henniker Police and transported to the park and ride on Clinton Street. He was arraigned on Jan. 6.

Ali Taban, 44, of Concord, was arrested a 4:38 p.m. on Dec. 13, 2013, on a conduct after an accident charge from Dec. 7, after allegedly striking a fire hydrant at the intersection of West and South State streets. Taban is due in court on Jan. 13.

Jonathan S. Wilson, 21, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 8:34 p.m. on Dec. 8, 2013, and charged with possession of controlled drugs, possession of drugs, driving after revocation or suspension, and suspended registration (operating-misd). While traveling on Fisherville Road near Dunkin’ Donuts, an officer saw a 1993 Honda Accord driving with one operational headlight. The car was pulled over on Bog Road. Dispatch confirmed that the driver, Wilson, had a suspended license and registration, and he was arrested. During a search of the vehicle, officers allegedly found “two improvised smoking devices” that had burnt marijuana on them.

Sandra Lynn Neal, 54, of Concord, was arrested at 9:39 p.m. on Dec. 8, 2013, on a simple assault charge. Police were called to Franklin Street for a man who alleged that his wife pushed him. Officers met with the man on the front porch of the home and spoke with him. The woman, Neal, reportedly told officers that she was trying to sleep when her husband came into their bedroom and started yelling at her in the face. She then pushed him away, she reportedly told officers. Neal was later taken into custody.

Lance M. Barreto, 22, of Webster, was arrested at 6:34 p.m. on Dec. 9, 2013, on a default or breach of bail conditions from Oct. 16, 2013, at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street. Barreto came into police headquarters to be processed. He had a court date on Jan. 2.

Clayton Lindberg, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 8:30 a.m. on Dec. 10, 2013, on a receiving stolen property charge from Aug. 3, 2013. According to the report, the charge involved an Emerson television. Epsom Police located Lindberg and transported him to Hall Street for a prisoner transfer. He was released and had a court date on Jan. 8.

Charles L. Foote, 47, of Concord, was arrested at 6:24 p.m. on Dec. 13, 2013, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 15, 2013, the alleged theft of $100, from a home on Redington Road. New Boston Police arrested and processed Foote. He’s due in court on Jan. 13.

Cameron Hough, 17, of Concord, was arrested at 9:12 p.m. on Dec. 13, 2013, for disobeying an officer. An officer on Village Street noticed a Chevrolet Impala make a hard right turn and drive off the roadway onto a sidewalk. The car later turned into Beede Drive where it made a 90-degree turn, with sharp jerks. The officer noted that the driver might be inexperienced or impaired so he pulled the car over on High Street. The driver, Hough, didn’t have a license and allegedly gave the officer a different name and birth date, reportedly saying he was nervous. After speaking with his mother, the officer was able to get Hough’s proper information and he was arrested. Hough was also cited for operating without a valid license and driving upon a sidewalk. He’s due in court on Jan. 13.

Jasmine C. Boudreau, 34, of Epsom, received a summons at 7:51 p.m. on Dec. 14, 2013, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. An officer was called to the Hannaford Supermarket on Fort Eddy Road for a shoplifter in custody. An employee alleged that Boudreau concealed about $50 worth of items in her purse, paid for some items, but left the store without paying for the items in her purse. Boudreau allegedly told the officer that the items were “Christmas presents” and she was issued a summons.
