CRIME LOG: Dunbarton Woman Arrested on Vandalism Charge

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Margaret-Laura Louise Rivet, 30, of Dunbarton, was arrested at 6:02 p.m. on Jan. 11, on a criminal mischief (vandalism). An officer was called to an apartment on Loudon Road for a domestic with a woman fleeing the scene to the 7-Eleven. At the store, the officer met with Rivet who reportedly stated that she had gotten into a fight with her husband over relationship issues after a trip grocery shopping. She told him to stop the car and got out. Later, at the apartment, Rivet alleged that her husband was breaking things in the apartment. At the apartment, the officer spoke with the husband who alleged that Rivet had been breaking things in the apartment, including a television. The officer also saw women’s clothes strewn around the apartment, pictures and frame smashed on the floor, and a mattress off its frame. The officer spoke with a neighbor who reported hearing noise but didn’t know who was at fault. The officer returned to the 7-Eleven to speak with Rivet about the incident and she allegedly admitted to breaking the pictures and was arrested. She had a court date on Feb. 10.

Shelby Weston, 48, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1 p.m. on Jan. 12, on a bench warrant. Officers were called to Concord Hospital to arrest Weston who was being released. Weston had two warrants – one for nonappearance in Concord District Court on Dec. 17, 2013, on a criminal trespass charge, and a bail jumping charge. He had a court date on Feb. 10.

Janet Laurie Smith, 46, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. on Jan. 12, on a bench warrant for nonappearance in court on Dec. 17, 2013, and bail jumping.

Andrew A. Wolfram, 23, of Minneapolis, MN, was arrested at 5 p.m. on Jan. 13, on a felony bench warrant out of Merrimack County Superior Court on receiving stolen property and violation of probation or parole charges. He was held without bail.

Nosanya Dunia, 28, of Concord, received a summons at 8:43 p.m. on Jan. 13, on an operating without a valid license charge. A 2006 Subaru with no taillights working was stopped on North Main near Court Street. The driver, Dunia, reportedly only had a driver’s license application and was released on a summons.

Danielle Rae Clarke, 26, of Concord, received a summons at 1:54 p.m. on Jan. 14, for dog a menace, nuisance or vicious, and rabies vaccination required – dogs ordinance violations. The violations stem from alleged incidents on Church Street on Dec. 15, 2013, for a dog bite that occurred in her home. Clarke is due in court on March 3.

Andres Rios, 44, of Manchester, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on Jan. 15, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a bench warrant. Officers were sent to East Side Drive around 1:15 p.m. to assist with a civil standby for a man in a red Honda who might have a bench warrant. The officers waited and spoke with a woman in an apartment who informed them that Rios items were in a hallway. She said that she let Rios and his son stay at the apartment but she now feared him. The woman alleged that she found multiple credit cards in different names and didn’t really know who the man was. Rios and his son pulled up to the apartment and removed their items from the hallway into the Honda and a Mercedes that was also in the parking lot. When asked if there was anything missing, Rios reportedly said that his son’s Playstation, television, and a backpack with all his identification appeared to be missing. The officers requested to speak with Rios to positively ID him for the warrant. Rios allegedly claimed he had no ID but scars on his cheek and wrist matched what dispatch had on file. The warrant was for a failure to appear in court. Rios reportedly told officers he was arrested for DWI but didn’t know when the court date was. He was allowed to make a call to have someone take care of his son and he was arrested. Rios had a court date on Manchester District Court on Feb. 2 and Concord District Court on Feb. 24.

Chelsea M. Hansen-Perna, 22, of Bow, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on Jan. 16, on two counts of driving while intoxicated. Hansen-Perna was stopped on Green Street for failure to display a front license plate and for reportedly drifting between the yellow center and white fog lines. The officer alleged that Hansen-Perna smelled like alcohol and was slurring her words while talking. She agreed to field sobriety tests and was arrested. She had a court date on Feb. 3.

Katie Pauline Lucier, 27, of Concord, was arrested at 8:52 a.m. on Jan. 16, on a bench warrant.

Jessika Lynn Turner, 26, of Concord, was arrested at 9:07 a.m. on Jan. 16, on a bench warrant. While stopped at a red light at the intersection of Perley and South Main streets, an officer ran a check on a Honda Civic and the registered owner came back with a bench warrant. The car was pulled over in the parking lot of the McDonald’s Restaurant on South Main Street. The driver, Lucier, had a warrant for driving after revocation or suspension out of Concord District Court, with $695 cash to settle. She was arrested while other officers came to the scene to assist. There was a small child in the car and Lucier reportedly told officers she would be releasing the child to her fiancée, Turner. Dispatch, however, reported that Turner was wanted on a bench warrant and she was also arrested. Both Lucier and Turner had court dates on Feb. 10.

Michael Burke, 43, of Concord, was arrested at 5:05 p.m. on Jan. 17, on a bail jumping charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident on Nov. 26, 2013, in Concord District Court. Officers arrested Burke at his apartment on School Street. He’s due in court on Feb. 24.

Carole Wentworth, 28, of Franklin, was arrested at 5:06 p.m. on Jan. 18, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident on Nov. 23, 2012, on Fisherville Road. Officers were called to Garvins Falls Road to investigate two suspicious people who were trespassing on private property. Another officer said the suspects were now in the parking lot of the former Tracy Banks Saab dealership on Manchester Street. One of the subjects, Wentworth, had an active warrant. She was arrested and released. Wentworth is due in court on Feb. 24.
