ARRESTS: Franklin Man Charged with Assault

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Krystie L. Perkins, 26, of Concord, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. on Feb. 12, on a bench warrant. An officer was called to a report of a suspicious vehicle, a white Ford pickup, on Union Street, that had been idling for more than an hour. The officer made contact with the owner and a female passenger. The driver said that he was dropping off the passenger, Perkins, after they had dinner. The officer spoke with Perkins and later, found out she had a warrant from Jan. 9, out of Exeter District Court for failure to appear on an operation after suspension charge. She was arrested and had a court date on March 3.

James Nathan Chestnut III, 18, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. on Feb. 15, on an unlawful possession of alcohol charge. Officers were called to Canton Circle for an 18-year-old woman who was “previously not alert and was now giving the paramedics a hard time.” While she was being loaded into an ambulance, another teen allegedly began giving EMTs a hard time because they wouldn’t let him take the ambulance with his girlfriend. While speaking with Chestnut, the officer alleged that he was giving off “a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage.” He was later arrested and during transportation, allegedly became verbally aggressive but later, calmed down. He was kept in protective custody until he sobered up, according to the report. He’s due in court on March 17.

Mary S. Peterson, 56, of Boscawen, was arrested at 8:48 a.m. on Feb. 15, on a theft of services charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident on Jan. 14, at the Gondwana Imports/Divine Clothing Company on North Main Street involving $15.50. Peterson turned herself in to police. She has a court date on March 24.

William Mills, 43, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on Feb. 15, and charged with theft and default or breach of bail conditions charge. An officer was called to the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street for an unwanted man in the store. The officer arrived and made contact with Mills, who had an active warrant for a theft charge at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet on Storrs Street from Jan. 8, and was placed under arrest. Mills was given a portable breath test and reportedly posted a 0.187 BrAC test, a violation of Mill’s previous bail conditions. He was held and arraigned on Feb. 18.

Ayite Dalmeida, 43, of Concord, was arrested at 4:46 p.m. on Feb. 15, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. Officers were called to Canton Circle for a domestic with a boy calling 911 alleging that his father slapped his mother. When they arrived, the woman had food splattered on her clothing and was very upset. The husband, Dalmeida, was in the living room eating. The two reportedly were arguing about a family member visiting the home and he allegedly slapped her in the face. Dalmeida allegedly also threw food at her while yelling. Dalmeida allegedly stated that she got in his face during the argument and slapped him first so he threw his food at her. Dalmeida was arrested and is due in court on March 24.

Jesse A. Goodsell, 26, of Franklin, was arrested at 3:13 a.m. on Feb. 16, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. Officers were called to Prospect Street for a domestic between two brothers. Officers spoke to Goodsell who was at his parent’s house to visit with his son. The two were asleep when his brother came down at 2:30 a.m. to make food. Goodsell was worried that his son would wake up and the two began arguing with the brother reportly making more noise on purpose. Goodsell allegedly then knocked a bowl of SpaghettiOs out of his brother’s hand. He was arrested and is due in court on March 24.

Dana L. Roy, 21, of Concord, was arrested at 2:51 p.m. on Feb. 16, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration (operating-misd). While on North State Street, an officer saw a black Kia with a partially covered plate. A check was run on the plate and it came up that the owner had a suspended license. The car was pulled over and Roy, the driver, reportedly confirmed that he forgot to pay a summons. A check confirmed that his license and registration were both suspended on Oct. 25, 2013, for default court summons. He was arrested and is due in court on March 24.

Robert J. St. Pierre, 44, of Concord, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on Feb. 16, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. Officers were called to an apartment on Fisherville Road for a domestic incident where the male party was leaving the scene. Officers caught up with the man, St. Pierre, in the entryway of the building, who alleged that his girlfriend put her hands in his mouth and he pushed her away. Officers spoke with the woman who alleged that St. Pierre was “acting weird” and made threatening comments and potential acts against himself. She reportedly tried to calm him down and he allegedly grabbed her by the hair and pulled it. Officers went back to speak with St. Pierre and he was arrested. Police held St. Pierre in protective custody until he was sober. He is due in court on March 31.

Jeremy Lee Calley, 43, of Concord, was arrested at 1:38 p.m. on Feb. 18, on a warrant. Bow Police had a warrant for Calley on a domestic dispute involving criminal threatening and harassment charges. An officer on another call reportedly observed Calley and another person get in a cab. The officer and a detective coordinated a traffic stop of the cab at Pleasant and Kensington streets. Calley agreed to step out of the cab, reportedly stated that he knew about the warrant, and planned on turning himself in later that day. He was taken into custody and Bow Police picked him up.

Melissa Lee Moscaritolo, 36, of Boscawen, was arrested at 9:50 a.m. on Feb. 19, and charged with theft by deception from the Cumberland Farms on Fisherville Road and an attempted theft by deception at Dunkin’ Donuts on South Main Street, both on Jan. 25. The alleged incident involved a Bank of America debit card and about $20 in cash that were stolen. Moscaritolo turned herself in to police and had a court date on March 10.
