Alleged Racist Graffiti Tagger Pleads 'Not Guilty'
The attorney for Raymond Stevens, the Pembroke man who is charged with felony criminal threatening in connection with marker written on homes rented by New American Africans in Concord's South End neighborhood, has entered a plea of "not guilty" for Stevens, according to the Associated Press.
Stevens was scheduled to be arraigned last week, according to the report, but the direct plea removed the need for that hearing.
