The Former Green Martini Space is Available to Rent

Tell us: What is needed for this Downtown Concord retail location?

For the latest Visions for Vacancies post, Patch would like to know what you think is needed in the old Green Martini space, located at 6 Pleasant Street Ext., in the basement of the historic Endicott Hotel apartment complex.

Before the fire, this place was a hopping joint in Concord, with a storied history.

The Green Martini featured live acts in one section and a pub atmosphere in the other. When it was a dual venture – the Arizona Restaurant and Green Martini – lunch, dinner, and live entertainment were offered on one side and the pub on the other. This is also the location where Hermanos got its start.

According to real estate agent Wendy Keeler of Fairway Real Estate, the space could be one large 2,000-plus square foot unit or subdivided into two 1,000 square foot units.

The space can be used for retail, restaurant, or some other commercial entity. The rent for the full space is $2,600 per month.
