Modern Downtown Living in Concord

The apartments at the historic Endicott Hotel will soon be rented out to tenants. 

CATCH Housing held a recent ribbon cutting and tour of the apartments and retail spaces earlier this month, showing off the renovated building which was first constructed in 1894. A fire at the Green Martini Restaurant, on the basement level of the building along Pleasant Street Extension, required major renovations to the building.

The building offers 24 market rate apartments, ranging in size from 475 to 975 square feet. Rents are priced between $975 and $1,400 per month, including heat and hot water. The building features a private gym facility, shared laundry, and video security.

CATCH Housing is currently accepting applications for the apartments.
