ARREST LOG: Allenstown Teen Charged with Theft at Walmart

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Joshua D. Amell, 32, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 11, and charged with Disobeying An Officer, Driving While Intoxicated, and Driving After Revocation Or Suspension. He was arrested at 2:55 a.m. on South Main Street. Amell refused bail and had a court date on Feb. 13.
  • Thomas Hanley, 18, of Allenstown, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on Feb. 11, on a Theft Of Lost Or Mislaid Property charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at the Walmart on Loudon Road on Dec. 30, 2011. The alleged victim in the case was a woman who was reportedly unknown to Hanley. He was released on $1,200 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on March 12.
  • Laurie Ann Clark, 51, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 11, on a Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions charge. She was arrested at 1:50 p.m. on North Emperor Drive. Clark had a court date on Feb. 13.
  • Michael Burke, 41, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 11, on a Driving After Revocation Or Suspension charge. He was arrested at 2:20 p.m. at the intersection of North Main and Park streets. Burke was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and has a court date on March 19.
  • David E. Frederick, 45, of Concord, was arrested at 6:25 p.m. on Feb. 11, and charged with Burglary, a felony. The charge, according to an arrest report, relates to an alleged incident on Tremont Street earlier in the day. The alleged victims in the case were a man and woman. Frederick refused bail and had a court date on Feb. 13.
  • Robert J. Bryant, 50, of an unknown location in New Hampshire, was arrested on Feb. 11, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. He was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on North State Street. The alleged victim was a male acquaintance of Bryant’s. Bryant refused bail and had a court date on Feb. 13.
  • Christopher Michael Finch, 24, of Warner, was arrested on Feb. 12, and charged with two counts of Driving While Intoxicated, and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated. He was arrested at 1 a.m. at the intersection of North Main and Capitol streets. Finch was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on March 19.
  • Christopher Allen Griffin, 28, of Concord was arrested at 2:54 p.m. on Feb. 12, and charged with Burglary, Criminal Use Of Electronic Defense Weapons, Conspiracy To Commit, and two counts of Theft By Extortion, all felonies. He was also charged with two counts of Criminal Liability For Conduct Of Another, two counts of Criminal Threatening (Intimidation, Etc.), Stalking, and Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). The charges stem from alleged incidents on Jan. 23 on Hanover Street. Griffin was released on $92,000 cash bail and had a court date on Feb. 13.
