Concord Arrest Log (Sept. 3, 2011)

A Loudon man is busted for breaking into P&N Automotive Services on Pleasant Street.

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction. 

  • Jason Farrell, 32, of Andover, was arrested on Aug. 31, and charged with Resisting Arrest Or Detention and Transportation Of Alcohol/Open Container. He was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on Monroe Street. The charges are based on incidents from Aug. 14, according to the police report.
  • Jotnell St. Pierre, 17, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 31, and charged with Unlawful Possession of Alcohol. He was arrested at 2:14 a.m. on Jennings Drive. St. Pierre is due back in court on Sept. 28.
  • Mark Ricard, 54, of Manchester, was arrested at 2:14 a.m. on Aug. 31, and charged with Robbery. He was arrested at the on Loudon Road. Police allege Ricard stole more than $13 worth of items from the store including a 16-oz. Coke, a roast beef sandwich, and a pack of Camel cigarettes.
  • Joshua Amell, 31, of Loudon, was arrested on Sept. 1, and charged with Criminal Trespass and Criminal Mischief (Vandalism). He was arrested at 5:11 a.m. at P&N Automotive Services on Pleasant Street.
  • Shane Master, 32, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 1, and charged with two counts of Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) and Resisting Arrest Or Detention. He was arrested at 11:10 p.m. on North Main Street.
  • April McJuary, 34, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 1, on a Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions charge. She was arrested at 11:39 p.m. on North Main Street.
