Concord Arrest Log (Sept. 21, 2011)
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
- Elliot Vargas, 22, of Dracut, Mass., was arrested on Sept. 10, and charged with Transportation Of Alcohol/Open Container and Prohibited Sales; Alcoholic Beverages. Vargas was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on Route 4. Police allege that he purchased alcohol for minors. Vargas has a court date on Oct. 12.
- Eric Vargas, 19, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 10, and charged with Transportation Of Alcohol/Open Container and Unlawful Possession Of Alcohol. He was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on Route 4. Police allege the Vargas was in possession of an open container of Pabst Blue Ribbon. He is due back in court on Oct. 12.
- Lawrence Gilmet, 20, of Hinsdale, was arrested on Sept. 10, and charged with Transportation Of Alcohol/Open Container and Unlawful Possession Of Alcohol. He was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on Route 4. Police allege the Gilmet was in possession of an open container of Pabst Blue Ribbon. He is due back in court on Oct. 12.
- Alexander Mitchell, 20, of Lowell, Mass., was arrested on Sept. 10, and charged with Transportation Of Alcohol/Open Container and Unlawful Possession Of Alcohol. He was arrested at 11:40 p.m. on Route 4. Police allege that Mitchell was in possession of an open container of Pabst Blue Ribbon, two sealed containers of the beverage, and an 18-pack as well. He is due back in court on Oct. 12.
- Adam Couture, 21, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 12, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) and Criminal Mischief. He was arrested at 8 p.m. on Canton Circle. Police allege that Couture assaulted a male member of his family and damaged a Dyson vacuum. Couture has a court date set for Oct. 18.
- Michael Thomas, 57 of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 12, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. He was arrested at 8:16 p.m. on Canton Circle. Police allege that Thomas assaulted another male member of his family. Thomas is due back in court on Oct. 12.
- Scott Gardner, 25, of Concord, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on Sept. 14, and charged with Sale Of Controlled Drugs. Police allege that Gardner was involved in a marijuana sale in the Durgin Parking Garage on Warren Street. He was reportedly in possession of $360 worth of the drug. He is due in court on Oct. 19.
- Nathaniel Doyle, 20, of Concord, was arrested at 9 p.m. on Sept. 14, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at the Sunoco station on Loudon Road and is due in court Oct. 14.
- Ashley Bradicich, 25, of Bradford, was arrested at 9:38 p.m. on Sept. 14, and charged with Possession Of Controlled Drugs. She was arrested in the parking lot on South Main Street. Police allege she was in possession of what possibly was synthetic marijuana at the time of her arrest. Bradicich is due back in court on Oct. 14.
- Brian Valder, 27, of Bradford, was arrested on Sept. 14, and charged with Possession Of Controlled Drugs. He was arrested at 9:50 p.m. in the Concord Feminist Health Center parking lot on South Main Street. Police allege he was in possession of marijuana at the time of his arrest. Valder has a court date set for Oct. 14.
