Who says Concord voters don't care about municipal elections?
Apparently Zorro is in our fair city. The following note was left on the windshield of my car while I was pulling together the latest arrest reports on Friday morning.
The masked avenger has made an offer to donate $15 for 15 purple bags so the 15 city councilors and mayor can clean out their desks. Only 13 are up for reelection in November, and the deadline for filing is on Monday afternoon.
