According to an affidavit, police were called to the Union Street home of his former girlfriend, Krista Wojtkiewicz, after Leger called police alleging there was a problem at the residence.

When police arrived, Wojtkiewicz reported that there were no problems at the apartment. She reportedly told the officer that Leger was her ex-boyfriend and there was a restraining order that was to keep him from communicating with her about anything but their daughter. Wojtkiewicz later stated that Leger had communicated with her about a dog that they bought together while they were dating that was hit by a car earlier in the week. Police allege that Leger sent Wojtkiewicz five text messages about the dog’s injuries during a 24-hour period.

After reviewing a copy of the order from December 2011, which confirmed Wojtkiewicz’s accusations, police contacted Leger about the text messages and he reportedly confirmed that he had sent her numerous text messages. He reportedly said they “talked all morning about it.”

Based on the information, police then charged Leger with the violation and he was later arrested.

About a month later, police charged Wojtkiewicz, along with Mark Wojtkiewicz, another resident of the apartment, with multiple felony charges, including receiving stolen property and theft by deception.

The complete details of this case are not known but according to reports from the Concord Police Department, there was an incident at the apartment a few days after Leger reportedly called police.

Police allege that Krista Wojtkiewicz and Mark Wojtkiewicz stole or obtained a wallet from a man from Philadelphia, Penn., who was a stranger to them. The wallet, which was later recovered, contained identification, three credit cards, two debit cards, and an insurance card.

Mark Wojtkiewicz was also charged with reportedly stealing $600 worth of gold and sterling silver jewelry on March 5, from a female in-law, which was later recovered. He also allegedly stole $141 in cash from the at the Steeplegate Mall.
