Portsmouth Woman Stopped for Disobeying an Officer

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Fausto A. Delgadillo, 47, of Manchester, was arrested on Nov. 6, on an identify fraud felony charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at noon on Sept. 4, at Concord Hospital Walk-in Clinic. Cash bail was set at $50,000 and he had a court date on Nov. 7.
  • Sean William Ladd, 26, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on Nov. 7, on a bench warrant. He was arrested near the railroad tracks on Storrs Street. The bench warrant was from a disobeying an officer charge from Oct. 22. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500. Ladd had a court date in Candia District Court on Nov. 19.
  • Anthony Wade McMann, 18, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 7, and charged with violation of protective order; penalty and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at Washington Street in Penacook at McMann, Beverly, and Wayne. The alleged victim in the case was his grandparent. The alleged incidents occurred at 8:48 a.m. and 1:45 p.m. on Nov. 6, and Nov. 7. McMann had a court date on Nov. 7.
  • Donald Keith Taylor, 56, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 14, and charged with criminal threatening (intimidation, etc.), possession of narcotic drug with intent to distribute, a felony, two counts of sale of controlled drugs, both felonies, and possession of controlled drug and penalties where controlled drug was kept, He was arrested at 10:15 a.m. on Fisherville Road. Taylor refused bail and had a court date on Nov. 15.
  • Ryan Michael Smith, 23, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 20, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. He was arrested at 12:25 p.m. at Merrimack County Courthouse. Smith refused bail and had a court date on Nov. 21.
  • Timothy A. French, 22, of Sanbornton, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 20, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 12:45 a.m. on Nov. 4, at Tandy’s Top Shelf in Eagle Square. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord man who was a stranger to French. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. French is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 17.
  • Scott George Gardner, 26, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 20, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 8:33 p.m. on Centre Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500 and Gardner had a court date on Nov. 21.
  • Nicholas Tuthill, 26, of Alexandria, received a summons at 12:45 a.m. on Nov. 21, for driving after revocation or suspension. He was stopped at the intersection of North Main and Park streets. He is due in court on Dec. 17.
  • Rollin Everett Brown, 54, of Allenstown, was arrested at 10 a.m. on Nov. 21, on a false report of a stolen vehicle charge. Brown, who is a truck driver, allegedly filed the report at the Concord Police Department headquarters on Oct. 5. The alleged victim in the case was an elderly Contoocook woman. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Brown is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 17.
  • Trevor Michael Tatham, 19, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 21, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 10:35 a.m. at the intersection of Village Street and Beede Drive. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Tatham is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 17.
  • Allen Downs, 27, of Weare, received a summons at 1:55 p.m. on Nov. 21, on theft by deception and issuing bad checks charges. The check charge was a felony. The charges stem from alleged incidents on March 17, and March 21, at the People’s United Bank on Loudon Road. Police allege that Downs stole $900. He is due in court on Dec. 17.
  • Dean M. Smith, 21, of Epsom, was arrested at 4:27 p.m. on Nov. 21, on a department assist charge at the Merrimack County Courthouse on North Main Street for violation of conditions.
  • Krystal Tinker, 25, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 21, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. She was arrested at 11 p.m. on Royal Gardens. The alleged victim in the case was Tinker’s mother. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Tinker is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 17.
