Objects were strewn across the room, the officer noted. Another officer arrived while the first officer was trying to communicate with Gilmore about where the man was. She allegedly refused to answer and stated that she needed to feed her cat. The officers were never able to locate a man. Gilmore later allegedly became irate and angry and allegedly threatened the officer in the hallway of the building. When asked if the items belonged to her, LaClair reportedly confirmed that they did. While looking around the room, an officer allegedly noticed a pipe on a dresser directly front of her television with marijuana residue in the pipe. An officer was called to a motor vehicle accident on Sheep Davis Road near the Makris Lobster & Steak House between a 1997 Lexus ES300 and a 2007 Dodge Nitro. While driving near I-393, Perriello alleged that a driver next to him was flipping him off so he began flipping her off. He reportedly pulled in front of the woman but traffic began to slow so he put on his brakes and she rear-ended him. The woman alleged that Perriello cut her off and then flipped her off, slamming on his brakes for no apparent reason, causing the accident. A witness behind the woman reportedly heard the crash and swerved into the breakdown lane to avoid the accident. When he did this, the witness said, he expected to see traffic in front of the crash but there was no traffic in front of the two cars that crashed, he reported. Perriello was later transported to Concord Hospital, reportedly complaining of back and neck pain. Dispatch, according to the report, was not able to locate an active license for Perriello. At the hospital, the officer informed Perriello that his license actually expired on March 18, 2007. Perriello allegedly couldn’t recall when he last renewed his license and the license charge was added to the first summons. Perriello is due in court on April 8.
