Man Faces Felony Duty to Report Charges

Concord Police: John Sadatis allegedly failed to fill out forms.

A Concord man who allegedly failed to fill out sex offender registration is facing new felony charges.

John F. Sadatis, 33, of Concord, was arrested at 10:46 a.m. on Dec. 4, 2012, on two felony duty to report charges.

According to a Concord Police arrest report, the charges stemmed from incidents on Oct. 26, and Nov. 12, when Sadatis allegedly failed to report to the Concord Police Department to fill out sex offender registration forms.

The U.S. Marshal’s Service reportedly picked up Sadatis in Nashua on a warrant and he was transported to Concord. Sadatis refused bail and had a video arraignment on Dec. 5.

Sadatis reportedly has a rap sheet going back more than a decade beginning in 1999 when he was charged with felonious sexual assault in his late teens. He has been charged with identity fraud, forged prescriptions, theft, and other charges.
