The Concord Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a Concord man who has reportedly been missing since March 15.
Robert J. Richard, 20, of Concord, was last seen near the Everett Arena on Loudon Road.
In a press release, police said Richard was wearing blue jeans, a white T-shirt, and a gray hooded sweatshirt. He is described as 5-foot, 5-inches tall, about 120 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes. Police said Richard’s hair might have been shaved or cut in a Mohawk style. Richard also uses hearing aids to hear.
