Concord Police are questioning two men on South Main Street at 2:30 p.m. on July 23. One car, a Ford Escort, is being searched.
New Hampshire State Troopers are also at the scene.
While approaching South Main Street from the north, merge to the left.
Police were seen questioning one man, an older white man with dark hair, while in handcuffs.
